It's pretty, but the decoration is just a sticker type substance. So far it's holding up and looks very nice. I didn't realize that the inside of the tank would need to be put together. Most toilets purchased in store has that all taken care of, so that was a bit frustrating. The tank doesn't fit as sturdy on top of the toilet as I would like. It wobbles. I do like the height. It's perfect. I also like the flush knob being on top of the tank. Maybe there is a way to adjust, but the toilet has very little water. I do like this toilet, but the price doesn't match the mediocre quality.

The media could not be loaded. Boxed & padded carefully, quick shipping. The instructions for the installation of the float and the flusher were minimal at best. It explained how to shorten the rods that flush the toilet, but not how to lengthen them. The installer knew to just turn them counterclockwise to lengthen them. There’s not much water in the toilet. I would prefer an inch or two more. The two flushes work very well, small flush for liquids & more powerful one for solids. This toilet is very attractive. If they made this toilet with blue & silver accents, I would buy one for our master bathroom. I also wish they would carry coordinating sink. Several other customers have mentioned this. The manufacturer should pay attention to reviews. They are loosing business by not expanding the product line. The chair height makes it easier to get up. Final words... PRETTY, PRETTY, PRETTY!

I was a bit skeptical on ordering. however wife had to have it. In 1 week arrived undamaged, although the box was pretty tore up but packaged well. I must say I'm impressed with the product. very heavy porcelain. high quality parts, didn't have to make any adjustments. plug and play. surprised it didn't include toilet bolt caps however the wife had fancy-pretty ones in mind so no big deal. I did use a few small 1/2 pieces of rubber floor mat I had laying around my shop to wedge in between the tank and bowl far enough under the tank to not be noticeable to sturdy it up,

I purchased this item not long ago for a new bath room. It is totally waist of money, more over it destroy the designe of the bathroom. I paid around $500 for this to do the same work of a similar item from Home Depot that range from 120 to $160 and it wood have been mor presentable now if it was plain white, ivory, or black. With this toilet bowl that the designe wore up within the first 3 months. The bathroom looks like it is 10 years old. Now I have to buy some chemicals to remove completely the designe to make it look plain white. Please do not buy if your concern is designe because it will give you headaches very quickly after the install. You will pay 2 to 3 times money for something that you will pay more to remove or clean the designer. I will chose zero to rate this item, but it does not allow me. I am forced to give it 1 star.

This is far and away the best toilet ever!!! Just love it, it's gorgeous. While I didn't personally install it, it is my understanding that installation went smoothly. I bought it in May, just installed this week. Just schedules, nothing to do with product. It is truly just awesome, how nice to have a necessary item be this attractive, quite a gift! Couldn't be happier with it.
