  • RV solar power dreams come true 🚐✨
After months of indecision I could not be happier with my choice. As a fulltime RV dweller this met every expectation and helps feed two 31AMG Deep Cycle batteries. This unit is heavy and large but come with a nice case and handle. It’s is complete with everything you need. (I had my alligator clips removed and replaced with O ring connectors so all I have to do is plug in my cables. My only complaint is the both latches that lock the panel closed arrived bent and needing serious adjustment and will likely need to be replaced. I did purchase 30’ exertion. ... show more

  • Excellent build quality for the price
Very easy to add on to the Zamp solar plug I use on my rv. I simply needed an SMA with polarity switch to use it properly. Just double check with a multimeter and call it a day! I do wish the charging controller was the different variety - mppt I believe.

  • Great investment for camping.
I’ve had this for going on two years now. It’s been great and the ability to move and adjust has been great for camping in the tree as opposed to a fixed mount that tends to get blocked. The cables are somewhat short but I just made a set of longer ones to allow for more freedom of placement. It’s a bit heavy but at the same time the wind can’t move it as easy. I can normally have it all setup in about 5 mins when I’m in a new location and about two mins when it’s at established location. The controller is hinged and makes it easy to change settings. ... show more

  • It’s ok
I may be doing something wrong but I bought these thinking they would be a lot better for how much they cost. But it’s kind of disappointing they seem to charge the battery but it takes a long time if you do not have direct sunlight and you are constantly moving it around to keep it in the sun. Once the battery is charged and you hook something to it the voltage drops from over 12 volts to around 10.5. But when I charge my batteries on a actual battery charger they do fine. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I would like some feed back or something lol ... show more

  • Great panels. But bulky
Bulky and heavy. Latches were not well made. But it did a great job of charging my camper’s battery. It was just too heavy and bulky and perhaps overkill for my needs. I sold it to a friend and bought a folding lighter type for less money and 1/4 of the weight.

  • Works as expected
I've only had a chance to test this in my backyard during the fall. The power output was good and the setup was easy. It is a little heavy as other reviewers have mentioned.

  • Broken straight out of the box
Controller continuously showed “B01” error code as soon as I opened the box. I restarted the system to no avail. Waited an hour on hold for tech support and they told me to plug in the panels to my $4000 Goal Zero lithium battery despite the panel’s instructions clearly stating that it can damage a battery if it is not set for the right type of battery technology. The panels were stuck on AGM and could not be changed to lithium, due to the error code. The Renogy tech still told me “just plug it in.” No thanks. Returned. Terrible product and support. ... show more
