I was skeptical at first at paying the amount that this folio costs, but comparing other cases to this, it is obvious that reMarkable has made a lot of effort in making this case feel like it truly belongs with the RPPM. 1. This case has a nice textured feel on the outside and behind which makes it feel like there was a lot of case put into designing, sourcing, and creating the case. 2. The case looks very sleek. It looks like any other notebook I'd have in my everyday carry so it doesn't draw too much attention. 3. The magnetic strap folds flush onto the backside of this case so if you prefer to not have case wrap around the pen, you can do that. Overall the size, feel, and vibe of this case makes it worth the money. I'd love to try out the higher end leather case to see if I prefer that in the long term now.

Excellent portfolio for the Remarkable Pro Move. I realize there are others available for less, however the quality of this item is well worth the extra cost. The feel and overall quality of material is great, and the case is well engineered. The closure / magnetic flap holds the pen securely so you can put it in a bag without the pen coming off. That flap folds and magnetically locks into the a thin recess in the back cover when open so the case lies perfectly flat when open and the case is folded over. Since the flap is goes around the pen, the case doesn’t need to extend beyond the edge of the device like some others do in order to hold the pen.

Works great it not exactly the color I expected it’s a bit too burgundy as opposed to a dark gray. I also own the black leather one which is really nice. I plan on using this one for throwing in my camera bags and in my backpack. I hope it will stand up to a bit more day-to-day abuse than the leather.
