I am pretty tech savvy, and after struggling for several hours across a two days to try and get this thing to connect and function I’m giving up. The prompts while you are verifying your device don’t make any sense, it keeps saying to put a code in my app, but I’m getting the code FROM THE APP. This is a great tablet for reading. I don't really know why they say it feels like paper. I mean yes it feels different from an iPad, but it doesn't really feel like paper to me. Honestly, I was really expecting it to feel like paper and be amazed, but it was just ok. It's also pretty laggy I wish it had a smoother interface and no subscription. I still like it though for reading. I want the new one which I hope isn't as laggy as this one. ... show more

This “refurbished” ReMarkable 2 came in a plain box with an off brand charging cord and still had all the previous owner’s files on it! I attempted to restore it to factory settings, but it wouldn’t update software or allow me to complete the set up process. What a waste! Not worth $400 or even close. Order one from the actual ReMarkable company. Costs less, only takes 2 days longer from Norway, and it comes beautifully packaged and ready to use.     • Doesn't turn on
I received this with a smudged dirty screen, no battery life left. After being plugged in for several hours, it still says it's starting. Pushing the power button does nothing. Disappointed and will be returning.
