This RELX massage chair has become a big part of my daily routine. What I enjoy most is the airbag massage — it gently squeezes my feet, calves, and arms. It feels like a soft hug that helps my whole body relax. The pressure is just right and really helps relieve stress and tension. The back rollers are amazing too. They move up and down my back and work out tight muscles after a long day. The massage is strong but still very comfortable, giving great relief to my back. We just took delivery of our RELX 2025 chair & learning all about its capabilities & offerings. So far, we are very impressed with its ability to do a diagnostic check first to identify & set up its "treatment" plan. My wife has been especially pleased with the "Comfort" setting & it is really relaxing. For me, I find the areas in my back that experience muscle spasms, it does a great job "defusing" those sites into a most relaxed mode. So, we are really impressed with the quality, look & feel, & especially its workings! Oh yes, I was able to quickly link my phone to the chair & to be able to enjoy music as well! BTW...we got excellent support from the RELX support group....David was so helpful giving me an excellent orientation & understanding of its capabilities. An excellent choice for us!!

It instantly finds all the tight spots — stiff shoulders, sore back, everything melts away. Deep-kneading rollers feel incredible. Add in some gentle heat, and it’s pure comfort. The foot massage is much better than I expected. It feels like a full-body spa experience at home. Looks good too. Sleek black finish, modern vibe, blends in anywhere. Inconsistent specs noted in description and in documents that came with. If you are more than 5'9", do not buy this chair!! The footrest will extend but only with a good amount of force and you will never be able to fully keep your legs extended. Unfortunately, there is no setting to adjust the intensity of any of the massage programs. The stretch feature is a joke and doesn't do it at all. The AI voice only sporadically works. Returning this chair.

This a great chair for the money and the seller was very helpful and kept in touch throughout. The chair has a lot of settings on the touch pad and might take a little time to learn all of the options. It is a very good quality chair and there are only 2 pieces to assemble (the touch pad and the foot/lower leg portion). The manual was a bit confusing on installing the foot portion so don't "overthink" it because it is actually simple and all you need is a screwdriver. If you are a thinner built person it may be a bit aggressive on a spot (shoulder blades in my case) so you can place a thin towel behind you. I would defintely buy this chair again.
