Great work out machine, I do wish they labeled some of the parts to assemble but I figured it out still. Its a good price, and I can fold it up for next time which I like about it. You can definitely feel the work out in your core with different adjustments for easier and harder work out. The timer and rep counts are accurate, no error.

The real life ab workout machine has been a wonderful way to easily work out. The assembly of the item was easy. The materials are strong and the foam makes it comfortable so you can focus on the workout itself. I’ve only had the item for a few days set up and using it has helped me with my form and I feel the difference already. The item is adjustable with two different settings, which is easily done. As an extra bonus, it keeps up with your time and count and folds up for easy storage.

4/8/2026-UPDATE. I got the replacement on 4/6/2026. Brand new, never been used. The only issue I had was the parts were not labeled. I was able to assemble the machine just by looking at the photos. Took me up to 40 minutes. The box did come with tools, so that was nice. The machine itself is great. Suits my petite build. Video uploaded for reference. 4/5/2026 Well, this is disappointing. This product arrived with a whole in the box. When I opened it, it appears to be used. The parts are all over the place. They are not in plastic bags, and there are loose screws all over the place. There appears to be a pet hair. The manual was missing. RETURNING and hopefully get a replacement that's brand new.

Very easy and seemingly effective to use once you get it setup. Does not rock or rattle in use and holds weight of a variety of people that have tried mine well. I like that it does not take up too much space and offers a more affordable at-home exercise option rather than paying for a gym membership. I wish the adjustable settings were explained in the material that came with the product better. I did find the setup instructions pretty easy to follow and not too many pieces. Some of the bolts looked very similar, so maybe color coding or labeling them could be a nice future improvement. The pads for the knees are not as comfortable if you use for longer than like 10-15 minutes, but I like the pads and handles for arms and find those comfortable throughout.

Wonderful Customer Service, mine came missing one screw. It happens and they sent me a whole kit right away. You can definitely feel the burn and if you know what you’re doing, you can get multiple exercises, including an arm workouts done on this machine, which is amazing considering the fact that I live in a very small apartment, so I need something that can make me feel the burn without taking up a huge amount of space and breaking the bank. This means all of those qualifications and then some!!!
