If you can’t afford to a gym membership every month like I can’t then this is a must have machine. You can do cardio at home with nothing else. You can go to the park to run and walk for free. But this right here!? This will help your belly. But not only that, this has several functions. You can use it in different ways to target a few different areas, and it is stable even on carpet floors. Putting it together was easy. The size is meh. I wish it was a little longer in the glider area but i understand it’s not a professional machine. But if you use the height and inclines to your benefits, you will feel the efforts. What you’re getting is worth the price. I actually got it while it was on a price drop. So, I snatched it up when I seen that. But even still the price is great.

Haven’t fully used it yet, but I did test it by getting on and doing 5 up & downs. However I did just get done setting it up and I will say the instructions were clear, all tools, bolts and screws required were provided in the package which made it a stress free process. No damaged pieces in the box everything fit into its perspective place perfectly. The size is perfect for my height (5’6), great quality and comfortable. Definitely got the value of what I paid for.

I just finally put it together, and it is really hard to use, and make the knee pads slide up and down. Also if you have back problems like I do I wouldn't use it. My back went out a couple days after using it and now regret buying it. Doctor told me if you have a weak core and back problems these aren't so great. Should be a warning on them.
