This is a nice little gadget to workout the abdominal area. I don’t want something that takes up a lot of space and I love the fact that I can folded it easily, that way when I am not using it, it is out of the way. This is difficult to do at first since I do not have much core strength but once I got the hang of it I’m fine. Like once you got the momentum going, it’s easier to do the rest. And It is pretty tiring like a full body workout even though it look like a simple movement. I’m tired after a few rounds, gotta do more to build the muscle! The hanging shelf that I haven’t put up yet is not there permanently but that didn’t affect my usage of this machine. Still gotta figure out where to hang the shelf though. ... show more

I really like this abdominal workout exercise equipment. This equipment is an effective way to isolate the abdominal muscles to get results. Assembly is very easy. The box comes with a nut wrench and allen wrench, but I recommend using a power tool if you have the socket and allen key because some of these bolts needed to be very tight to secure the main parts to the core frame. This ab exerciser has a nice display panel to track reps and time. It is built well with steal pipe and foam pads. It delivers a good ab workout. ... show more

So I actually saw something like it on a reel and I wanted to try because traditional sit ups hurt my back. This was easy enough to build didn't take long and it does fold up nice so I can tuck it out of the way and then I can adjust incline and angle. Easy enough to do and doesn't hurt my back.
