I LOVE this thing! Made watering plants so much easier and I'm not fighting the hose to wind it up. I do wish the tube diameter was a little bigger so we had more water pressure. It did not work great on my kids sprinkler for them to play in. Everything else is wonderful!

The Relhost retractable garden hose reel is excellent. The 65 ft heavy-duty hose feels strong and durable, and the water flow is great. The retraction system works smoothly, pulling the hose back in without tangling or getting stuck. It’s very easy to mount, rotates nicely when in use, and keeps the yard looking organized with no mess. The quality of the materials is impressive, and the reel feels solid and built to last. Worked great out of the box. I used about once per week. At some point the hose to sprayer adaptor popped out from too much water pressure (our water pressure is normal). I attempted to repair it but after a few weeks it popped out again. On the most recent pop out it retracted all the way into the box and now I can't retrieve it at all without taking the whole thing apart. I got this so I wouldn't have to mess with a hose but now I'm messing with a hose. Great price but looks like I need to get another one, I bought this in February 2025 so it's only been 5 months of use once per week. Certainly not as heavy duty as I'd like.
