The media could not be loaded. This is very simple to use. You can manually adjust the tension and pressure by pulling and pinching the two arms together. It is lightweight and made of quality sturdy plastic that should last a long time. It does not hurt either and is comfortable to roll against your skin. Although it is made for the neck, I am using on a knee cap that has been giving me problems as shown in the video. Overall this helped with neck pain. I feel like the arms are a little flimsy, but it does the job. And heads up if you have long hair - it does grab my hair even when I tie it up.
