My doctor advised me to drink more water. My friend suggested a desktop water dispenser as a convenient way to stay hydrated.     • Aesthetically pleasing and great product!
I love this product it works amazing and is easy to use. The set up for it only took me 5 minutes so it was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. I set this up in my kitchen and it is nice and sleek so it is aesthetically pleasing but small enough that it doesn’t take up to much room. I love the ability to just quickly charge it but it hold a great charge and have not had to recharge it yet. I love the fact you can either set it to a certain mL fill up or just do it manually.     • Great little water dispenser
This is such a handy little device. It was neatly packaged and arrived promptly. The hose attached is pretty long and using a little stand for a 5 gallon water jug it easily reaches to either my nightstand or a nearby desk depending on where I need it. No issues or problems it really is handy having fresh water available on my nightstand. You will need to purchase an inexpensive “lid” for the water jug so the opening where you insert the tube is not just exposed to open air. Mine was blue and basically fit like a glove on the top of the water jug - I had to cut the opening of the lid cover just a tad to make a tight seal. This is one of the - honestly - impulse purchases on Amazon I am happy with. It’s good quality, worth the price and I actually use it daily. Bonus it’s cut down drastically on my bottled water use.     • Can't use it because it doesn't hold a charge.
I bought one of these, loved it so much I bought a second just a couple days later. Exactly one month from the date I ordered the first one the battery won't hold enough charge to fill my coffee pot with water. I can get it to fill about halfway, then the machine stops dispensing water. It won't operate while it's plugged into a power source, so you have to plug it in, then manually dispense your water, which is what I was doing before. A waste of money! The return window has closed for BOTH of the units I purchased. I remember seeing at least one review that said something similar and I shrugged it off as a possible user error - but it's not. The instructions say it will dispense 500 cups of water before needing to be recharged. I had to do this with my coffee pot yesterday, and now again today. Coming between me and my morning cup is what brought me here to leave this one star review! ... show more

    • Easy to use and very convenient!
This is such a small compact convenient little thing to put on your countertop it's great. The tubing is long enough so that it can easily stretch across to a large water jug that's too heavy to lift that's just down on the floor in your kitchen. Easy easy to use, i didn't even need to look at the directions to assemble it. Charges quickly and seems to run on battery for quite a while. This is a convenient little gadget I didn't know I needed. One thing to note is that the tubing it is quite long so for that reason I would only use this for water, not soda or punch out of a big cocktail container, it would be possibly a little difficult to get all the tube clean. The media could not be loaded. I received this item as part of a free promotional deal. This water dispenser works well. The battery life is long for what the unit is. I have verified the amount dispersed is accurate. It was very easy to assembly. I did ask the seller about the type of tubing that was used and it is food grade. I have used this a handful of times while at my desk. With dealing with large 5 gallon water bottles, this would be perfect for not having to lift them up. ... show more
