This is the second time I’ve purchased this water dispenser. I love the idea. The size is great, it’s easy to use, and it looks great. The first one I had lasted awhile before needing to be recharged. It did not recharge, and never worked again. I thought it might be a fluke, so I repurchased. This one stopped working after one use. Disappointed.

This is such a handy little device. It was neatly packaged and arrived promptly. The hose attached is pretty long and using a little stand for a 5 gallon water jug it easily reaches to either my nightstand or a nearby desk depending on where I need it. No issues or problems it really is handy having fresh water available on my nightstand. You will need to purchase an inexpensive “lid” for the water jug so the opening where you insert the tube is not just exposed to open air. Mine was blue and basically fit like a glove on the top of the water jug - I had to cut the opening of the lid cover just a tad to make a tight seal. This is one of the - honestly - impulse purchases on Amazon I am happy with. It’s good quality, worth the price and I actually use it daily. Bonus it’s cut down drastically on my bottled water use. Good buy!

Updated review: after my review the company reached out to me and offered to send me a new water dispenser. I’ve had it for about 2 months and so far it’s worked great. I hope this time around it lasts.. satisfied with customer service. I was so excited to have a cute water dispenser. I bought it ending of April and we are in July and it stopped working. I’ve tried charging it, letting it completely die and charging it but nothing. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!

My doctor advised me to drink more water. My friend suggested a desktop water dispenser as a convenient way to stay hydrated. The way I have it setup with a 1 gallon bottle under my desk works just fine. Nothing beat the convenience of just pressing a button and having as much water as you need on a moment notice. I believe this is a good starting point to make drinking more water a habit of mine. One particular benefit for me is no more bending over to pick up the heavy 5-gallon jugs. Just peel back the sticker and push the hose through the jug and it is all set. I can easily get 1 cup of water automatically poured while doing something else. This little device worked well until the 11th month. When the battery died, we would recharge it and all was well. Then it simply quit pumping water. We assumed it was a dead battery and did the charge. Nothing worked. Being curious, I took it apart. The battery is still effective. The problem was a very poorly made plastic pump. The pump seemed to have over heated and it partly melted ending its service life. I will NOT buy this pump again.
