I even starting wearing sleeves for skiing to be preventative and it works great. 5 stats, BUT, Rehband please start packaging these as pairs. Most folks are ordering a pair. I wasn’t paying attention and made my order, not realizing was only 1 sleeve 😒. Not going to knock a star for my own mistake, but come on man!

Finally decided to get knee sleeves, bought it here in Amazon and was disappointed when it arrived, its just 1 sleeve. I reviewed the order and upon further inspection realized my mistake of not realizing I was only buying 1 sleeve. Still disappointed, I guess I will try squatting with it on and see any different if one side better than the other. If I may suggest for Rehband to list under the purchase options a way to buy 2 in the same order instead of just one random side sleeve... For all the "scientific research" and the supposedly smart people making this product, I am guessing the marketing team is not up to par here in Amazon??

I had been doing barbell squats for a while, with intermittent mild knee discomfort. Decided to get knee sleeves to help out with working from lighter loads back to where I was before the discomfort started, so the connective tissue could build up strength, which I understand takes much longer than muscular strength. Decided on this brand based on other reviews, and that it seems like it isn't a fly by night copycat brand. Tried one out first just to make sure, and had to return it because the size and thickness wasn't correct. The box said one size, and amazon labeled it with another size and thickness, not sure why. Since using the knee sleeves, I've worked up to >1xBW on my squats with absolutely no knee discomfort - it was showing up at about 50%BW before I deloaded and restarted with the sleeves slowly. I've used them for 2 months and haven't needed to wash them yet, despite them getting a little sweaty each time - they don't smell, at least. Overall good product if you're looking for a knee sleeve. I haven't tried other brands but it worked for me!

The 1-star rating is for the seller, not necessarily for the product. In the sizing for this it states “small (30-33cm)” and I was skeptical of this when purchasing, because Rehband’s size chart states small size is for 33-35cm. The X-small size is 30-33cm, which is what I need. Anyways I purchase this in the small, again skeptical as heck over the small(30-33cm) title for size, and sure enough it’s the wrong size! Small is 33-35 cm, NOT 30-33cm.

I found myself measuring exactly the maximum measurement of S and the minimum measurement of M. I went with the Small and while it was chafing and very tight at first, It broke in over some weeks and feels comfortable and supportive. If I had gotten the Medium I'm sure it would not give me good knee support after breaking the material in. So which size should you go with if you're between like I was? Answer depends on how much support you need. I suggest going with the lower one and breaking them in. As for the product, well worth the price point considering import. Great seams and stitching and very consistent cut and finish. I bought two and plan to replace them should they wear out. Great product. Highly Recommended.

I bought these for support for chronic knee problems. I carefully followed the instructions for measuring my legs to find the correct size. I did not order a size smaller than what I measured, as some had suggested in their feedback--I went with the correct size. They are painfully small; I couldn't even stand wearing them for half an hour while sitting still. I cannot imagine working out with them on. I am returning them. The seller was great--they came quickly, etc., it is simply that they do not fit me.

I am 70 years old and decided to work for a delivery service this holiday season as temporary driver helper. Well, it's hard work jumping in and out of those trucks all day and my knees were killing me. I bought two of these to see if they would help and indeed they did. They are super tight, don't continually slide down my legs as cheaper ones had done and helped me get through the day without weak knees. They are quite expensive but after doing my research and reading the comments, I decided that you get what you pay for. ***Edit of review: After using these knee sleeves for 2 weeks, they started to bunch up behind my knees and cause painful chafing. I tried using absorbent powder but that didn't stop it. I wrote to the manufacturer for advice and they stated possibly two things: needed a larger size (I used the sizing chart provided by the manufacturer) or maybe a thinner sleeve. So I am going to return this item to Amazon. They are no good to me if they hurt so much I can't wear them. And I spent too much money to just toss them out.

After joining Crossfit, Everyone at my box told me I needed Rehband knee sleeves! So of course I went out and purchased a pair here on Amazon. I couldn't believe how expensive they were but hey, I heard they were the best. I'll tell you what, in the beginning, they were great! They had great compression, and the pain in my knees subsided. But that only lasted around a month. After a month the knee sleeves stretched out and no longer stay on my knees. They slowly slide off during my lifts. Then that brings me to washing the sleeves, upon washing the first time following the recommended instructions, the decal on both sleeves came off. And then that leads me to today. Putting on my sleeves I noticed that one of them has torn. Definitely wasn't expecting that when they were already lose on me at this point. This is unfortunate because I really liked the Rehbands I had for a month before they decided to fall apart. I don't know if this was a manufacture error or if they usually last this long. I'm just sad I have to buy more knee sleeves.
