The Amazon picture doesn't do it justice - I can be picky & the brown in the image looked faded but the real thing is a perfect chocolate color. Nice material - not too thin and not too thick and I'm excited to wear it to work this week! Very flattering on those with curves- I'm 5"5' a 14/16 and the XL is absolutely perfect. I couldn't stop looking at it in the mirror - the price is unbelievable and I'm definitely getting it in at least 2 more colors! UPDATE 8/14/15: has become one of my favorite skirts and I also have it in magenta now (beautiful). decided to update my skirt pic because I have lost about 10 lbs since I bought it & now it looks even better on me! I will be buying more of these skirts... UPDATE 10/19/16: I now own this skirt in brown, black, charcoal grey and magenta and they are pretty much the only skirts I wear to work. great additions to my wardrobe - a year later and still no regrets! UPDATE 08/24/17: Still wearing these skirts on a regular basis - they have been through MANY machine washes and the colors are still as vibrant as the day I got them. I've never had to iron any of them and not one hole has appeared in the material or even a loose thread. I have added pics of me in the black & gray skirts - I've lost 40 more lbs in the last year so I'm giving away my XLs so I can order the skirts again in a smaller size. Can't imagine not having these in my closet...

The skirt falls below the knee; however, you can hike it up higher if you don't mind the waist line sitting higher. Sizing may differ depending on which color or pattern you get. I got it in black and it fit a little loose in the waist area. I also got it in the black & white geometric pattern, but it fit a little more snug all around. Interestingly though they both fit fine overall. It's stretchy so sizing is more forgiving whether it's a little loose or snug. The skirt is super comfortable and very flattering. For reference, I'm 5'3" about 155 pounds and I ordered the large. It also washes well and so far I haven't had any issues with little beads or pilling on the fabric like some other buyers. It also hasn't faded at all yet. Overall it's a great skirt perfect for the office or a night out. And the price can't be beat.

This isn’t the best skirt ever made, but it’s the worth the price. The reviews are correct that you may want to size up. I’m about 5’8” and 130(ish)lb and typically wear a S-M. I got the skirt in large and feel like it fit well, but I would have also probably fit a medium fine. I just don’t like my skirts super tight. I love that it doesn’t have a slit, is comfortable, and sits just below the knee on me without being awkwardly long. Nice skirt that can be dressed up or down.

I want to love this skirt, but I am not sure which skirt we are referring to… I ordered the taupe one in a 3XL and it fits perfectly, perfect length, nice stretchy material, not sheer, and just great for any occasion! The brown one is visibly 3-4 inches more narrow (see photo) although the same size, and is made of a different, less stretchy material. It’s a nice thick material, with a rich brown color, but so different from the taupe one. This is the second time I have returned this skirt due to sizing issues. I will not be ordering another unless I can be sure I will receive one that is exact to the one I have, and the price has since increased.

I'm 5'6 at 136 lbs. Ordered the white & pink in a medium. Its so very cute! It is snug but looks cute for summertime with a tank top. However, if I was ordering this for work, I'd order a large. The medium is a little to snug for workplace. The white is not sheer. Good price too

I got this in a small, in the "denim blue" (which is really more of a cornflower blue--very pretty actually). I am 5'5", about 114 lbs, and the small fit perfectly, even the waistband (I have kind of a straightish figure, not much hip/butt). The wide waistband is very comfortable and not overly large like you get on cheap maxi skirts (where you HAVE to fold them over and wear as a hip skirt.) It is stretchy so could accommodate more curves. Nice medium-weight, silky-feeling fabric, but you would have to wear special (or no) underwear if you were going to wear it w/o something covering your behind as it clings a bit (but not as bad as other things I've worn). Not a problem as I plan to layer it with other garments. If you got one of the patterned ones I don't think the clinging would be a problem. It hits me just below the knee, more or less as pictured. I think I might get one of the patterned ones, too.
