I searched for a refurbished MacBook for weeks hoping to find one I could trust. I was hesitant because its obviously refurbished and I wasn't sure what condition I would receive it in. When I received it the only visual issues I could see was a small dent on the corner and the apple logo was a bit scratched. All in all, very minimal damage for the price I paid and I have been so so happy. I did have to clean the laptop and charger quite a bit but I would have been willing to do that 10 times over for the deal I got. I was hesitant to trust it but I did go with one of the more "expensive" refurbished MacBooks and it worked out perfectly. The laptop has 0 performance issues and the battery has been working well other than playing certain games but that's to be expected in most laptops. So far no issues with overheating or any other issues. I am glad that I trusted this option more than others because I am now in love with this computer! I didn't get the unwrapping experience others get with buying new but that is a small price to pay for the product I received. All in all, highly recommend if you don't mind skipping the unboxing and don't mind small imperfections. Mine were easily hidden by buying a laptop case. ... show more

It says it has a webcam but when I finally was going to use it months later I found it doesn’t and everyone answered the question it did then when I got it I didn’t open it right away but it was logged in with a username and it needed a password I contacted the seller he wanted a picture of the screenn which was I was like I can see it you don’t need a picture he got me the password to factory reset but I wanted to senf it back it was too late now after I’ve had it only started using it about 5 months ago for school and slowly I got a malware problem I couldn’t login it’s a mess now I was in the middle of erasing the os and still having issues with my password not fworking and my Apple ID password wasn’t accepted but my iPhone was fine Apple support told me to shut it when I was at the point to login computer to erase ost anc it said it’s not correct well Apple said shut it down now it won’t turn on I still owe $700 on it and it’s a crappie renewal device I think it had some kind of infection from the start and it’s been only 5 months of using it and it slowly started to affect the entire system touched stopped working system filj We’re gone now I’m trying to see if it’s only a software problem to fix it but it’s more money into a seller who didn’t sell me a renewal laptop ... show more

Replacing a 10 year old dinosaur that was beyond slow so this used MacBook Pro has been a wonder. Fast, easy to set up and a definite improvement. I guess I thought that if you’re going to take the time to refurbish a machine you would also make sure that it looks clean. It was filthy. The keyboard was disgusting and crannies were filled with lint. Took me a good 2 hours to clean it up. No complaints about performance but the ick factor loses it a star.     • All Out Apple resolved charging issue fairly

The MacBook Pro arrived in excellent condition in protective packaging. Included accessories were an 87W Apple Power Supply and a USB-C to USB-C cable. The MacBook started up fine and went through the setup process smoothly. The screen is wonderfully clear with no dead pixels. I did have some issues with the MacBook not getting charged from the included Apple power supply and USB-C cable although it would charge fine when connected via USB-C cable to my LG monitor with the cable LG provided for power and 4K display connectivity to the LG monitor. I contacted All Out Apple as soon as I noticed the issue and they responded quickly with some suggested troubleshooting steps. Those steps did not actually solve the issue. I went through a few gyrations of troubleshooting and figured out that the MacBook would accept a charge from the LG monitor but not the Apple power supply. A couple of messages to All Out Apple and some further testing isolated the issue to the included cable rather than the power supply. All Out Apple was responsive to messages throughout the process. It did take a bit of assertive communication on my part to get a fair resolution for the issue. In the end, they provided a refund for the exact cost of a replacement 100W USB-C cable to support the proper charging capacity of the MacBook Pro. Thanks to some good supplier communication and having a customer with some technical know-how involved, we avoided a return scenario which is better for both sides. Overall I'm very happy with the MacBook Pro I received and I am satisfied with All Out Apple's resolution of the charging issue. ... show more

Arrived quickly, outside looked pretty decent not yoo many blemas or scratches. Teh inside was a bit messy the sreen was smeared and straky, and the key board area was loaded with crumbs, like someone was eating crackers over it when it was last used. It needed a little cleanup but still looked good when done....Powere right up and seemed fully functional. Once itwas at full charge , diconnected from power and the battery dropped below 50% in 20 min.....about 10 minutes after thatthe unit needed to be plugged in to operate. Amazon is working on resolving with the seller . ... show more
