I wasn’t sure what to expect for the low price of this carrying case. I bought it for my small 18 pound dog who is a nervous wreck in the car and who I would like to take places sometimes and I thought this Carrie case might be the ticket even For flying. It has turned out to be better than I expected. It’s not too heavy at all so when I carry him, it’s mostly just the weight of my dog. She is so comfortable in there. He goes in it himself and he is typically stubborn. He’s so calm in the car sitting on the seat in his little carrier. We haven’t made Trip on a plane yet, but I could see where this would easily fit under the seat and the little lambs wall pallet is comfortable for him. I also like that there is mesh on all sides except for one and he can see out from the front and both sides and the top. I also like that you can open it from the front and also the top. This is PERFECT! Very sturdy and airy, super lightweight and that’s exactly what I wanted. I used to have a plastic carrier and it was the bane of my existence - clunky, HEAVY, takes up space, uncomfortable for me to carry….. the list goes on. But for my new kitten, I decided to try out this carrier and I’m very happy with it! It folds, so when I don’t need it, I can put it away without worrying about it taking up space. My kitty loves it so much that she’ll sometimes nap in there and if I ever take the carrier out for her vet visits, she’ll already go inside it and I don’t even have to force her into it! The zippers make it really nice to access her from the top and the sides - I’m able to comfort her or pet her at times and she’s able to see me really well. I wasn’t sure if this would fit under the seat, but a lot of people said it meets the TSA standards, which it did, and it also fit under my seat beautifully. We have a very large cat and I thought he might be uncomfortable in it, but he was able to fly comfortably in the carrier the entire time. I would like to mention that if you have a pet that doesn’t travel well, talk to your veterinarian about gabapentin. It works wonders for nervous pets. ... show more
