These are light weight and breathable. The materials are not the most durable, but is a decent build. The insoles are terrible! I had used these for a few weeks before noticing wear and tear. I would recommend these if you prefer lightweight safety shoes, but not for the gym or casual use. I like that the the alloy toe is wide and not tight or snug and that they aren't heavy at all. If you purchase just remember to get shoe inserts to replace the ones that come with the shoes. I use a timberland brand of inserts and it gets the job done. I'm 5'10, 205lbs and perform manual labor for most jobs and these are ok. It really just depends on the intended use and for the amount of time you are on your feet.
