The Red Thunder keyboard is a really cool keyboard. I really like the back lighting. I don't play intensive games on it so I can't say how good it would be for games. It's a nice keyboard. It's keys are a little bit higher than the keyboard I replaced with it so it's a little bit of a change for me. I'll get use to it over time. That, I believe is the biggest thing you should consider if you are thinking about buying one. It's a good keyboard, but it may not be the change some of you may want.

I love the feel of the keyboard and the mouse, they fit my hands perfectly. I do not like to have to charge them every few days. I guess it is better than using batteries. but when we boondock and the charges are low, I cannot charge them.

Finally found a way to get a solid color, of my choice, for the mouse! Please see the steps below. 1) Press sun button untill you reach the solid red color mode. 2) While in solid red color mode, press and hold the DPI button. 3) While holding down the DPI button in solid red color mode, click your left mouse button until you reach your color of choice. * PLEASE READ BELOW* When the mouse goes into sleep mode, and the rgb lights turn off, they will revert back to a solid red color upon re-awaking. You'll have to reset it back to the color you want. I haven't found a way to save this color selection unfortunately. If you do, please post it!

I bought this for my son for his birthday and I have to say i'm impressed with the quality. I have a Razer turret that I use for my series x and gaming laptop when traveling, but I have to say this cheaper mouse and keyboard setup can definitely compete with that. The battery can last weeks without a charge and the auto off feature most likely has a lot to do with that. The response is pretty good for a sub 100 dollar mouse and keyboard combo. and the add rgb isn't a bad add on. I would definitely pay more for this.

Keys feel soft and a lot of the times it doesn’t register and have to press it harder a 2nd time. The backlight on the keyboard randomly goes to sleep. The mouse is really light and hard to navigate with.

I purchased it and just received it. I found out pretty quick that I needed to charge them right away and that wasn't my favorite on top of not having any kind of user manual in the box or on the outside. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they share the same receiver, more usb ports for me to use. The matt texture on the keyboard isn't my favorite either but I imagine with a light cleaning and some use it'll wear off. The colors worked as soon as I finished charging. Word of caution: The mouse will not work while charging, but the keyboard will. ------------------------------------------------------------------ 8-26-23 Update: I change my earlier observations on this product and rating from the few months that I have had the keyboard and mouse, and I currently do not recommend this product as a gamer. I find the product extremely frustrating. Keyboard: About every 4 days I have to restart my PC to reset the keyboard's functionality. The keys become scrambled in every way. E becomes the windows hotkey, 3 becomes my spacebar, enter becomes my hotkey for my heals and esc does absolutely nothing half the time when it hasn't reassigned itself to a different key on the malfunctioning occurrence. Half the time the keyboard does not register my keystrokes when communicating with my raids, and it looks like I don't know how to spell anything. Turning it on and off again doesn't work at all for this, neither does pulling the USB out from the PC. Mouse: The mouse is somewhat functional, except for the fact that you have the 45% chance of clicking something on a page and it acts as if you hit the back button even if your cursor is nowhere near it. Or that none of my keybinds will stay where I set them. Then there's the constant DPI reset for absolutely no reason, making me reset it the speed I am comfortable at. Again, turning it on or off again does not fix the issue. For the price it advertises, it does the job for anyone looking for a cheap fix. But if you're looking for something functional and for decent gaming I do not recommend this set. Find something else.

Cool lights and nice that if you aren’t using the lights go to sleep until you touch the mouse or keyboard. Have other accessories that light stays on constantly. Currently using 4K tv with high refresh as computer monitor so like to be fairly far from the computer and keyboard Bluetooth sensor. Haven’t had any issues with about 15~20ft. Only issue would be the need to charge. Wish it lasted longer but it’s not terrible. Great for the price and the fact the lights turn even if keyboard and mouse are still on.
