The media could not be loaded. Got mine in perfect delivery time today. It also sounds pretty dang good. I tested YouTube videos, my Amazon Music, and Apex Legends and the audio sounds superb. Keep in mind this is all for $32ish bucks. It is fantastic for 32 dollars. I have 2 videos to share totalling about 2.5 minutes, but can only share one, so.. I'll share the 2 min gameplay audio of Apex Legends - which is what I purchased it for: singleplayer-gameplay so I don't need a headset (better directional audio hearing) on my head when playing other games. And may play music in games I dont necessarily NEED the game audio for. Just know, it was boomin' decently playing "Popular Monster" by Falling In Reverse. I'm also sick, so don't mind my raspy voice. I would like to point out something nobody ever points out (annoyingly enough) - I have it plugged into my USB dock/hub that is plugged into my PC tower, itself, and it works perfectly. I have had many purchases I sent back because they weren't compatible and had to specifically be connected into the PC tower which was never informed on the devices Amazon page. Also, the ones having issues with it working at first may have just needed to restart it. I plugged mine into my USB dock and it turned on and connected to BT mode. Then I turned on my PC and it connected to PC mode. I checked my audio device and it was connected. Then I went to YouTube- no audio output. I shut it down and back on by holding the power button/knob down x 2, played the YouTube video, no audio again. Checked my audio output devices and my audio output was connected again to my SteelSeries Sonar (I hate this thing.. it's built in with SteelSeries equipment) which it always reconnects to when my PC restarts/turns on, so I swapped it to my new GS515, clicked play on YouTube, and voila: audio output working great. It's easy to setup, too. Essentially just plugging it in, possibly restarting it, making sure it's connected, and boom. All done. Hope this helps. :)

I'll try to be objective, its...ok, just ok, if you have a smaller room that has low noise pollution, then yeah for the price, it will work as intended. However, I found it the speakers lacking volume when it came to gaming, or watching video (like netflix/youtube) but where actually quite nice when I put on Spotify and play music. (this also depends on the song, some are louder then others. The bass sounds fair and the speaker doesn't crack or anything, I also like being able to change the RGB easily. Now one issue that i initially ran into was bluetooth vs wired. I was at first running it on bluetooth, but whenever i wanted to listen to something with my headphones, i had issues disconnecting and then reconnecting the speaker, I usually had to restart them just to get them to work, however, when I set up PC mode (wired) this fixed that issue, so i did like that. Setup up is super easy, its practically a plug in play. All in all, it it were maybe a bit cheaper, I'd say its a steal but for 30$ its hard to complain to much.

I want to love this speaker, but when I start up my computer, it LOUDLY says "Bluetooth mode. PC mode." As far as I know, there's no way to turn this down or off. Sometimes it stays in Bluetooth mode despite being plugged in via USB, and in this mode on YouTube for example, when I begin or resume play, there is no audio, so I have to frequently rewind. Sometimes it will randomly switch to PC mode, with the loud voice, and in this mode when resuming play, he pitch distorts like a VCR cassette, which I actually personally like. Other than one other minor nitpick, those are the only cons. It's USB plug & play (no power supply needed). The colour display is beautiful. The controls are simple. The audio quality is good.

Terrible instructions, could not get it to pair with anything Bluetooth wise. Has a creepy automated voice when powered on. The lighting is strictly only what the 5 preset modes are so no flex on that and that was a key feature I picked the product for I liked the style of RGB displayed but it did not have a solid blue color option.
