Love that it’s compact and foldable. Great for folks like myself who have little space to work with. The instructions were great. My only complaint is the wrapping of each piece. It was as they screwed in pieces WITH the plastic wrapped around the bars so it was very difficult and time consuming to get the plastic off. I had to u screw each piece to get all of it off so it too twice as long to assemble since the already assembled pieces had to be taken apart and put back together. Assembly definitely requires two people or really long arms. It’s gotten a lot of use so far and keeps my ADHD kid busy. ... show more

Huge hit at our house! One of the best Christmas gifts we gave this year. From ages 5 to 46 have not stopped playing it all week. I almosted ordered more balls but there’s really no need. The return/ rhythm is pretty good with just the two balls.

We chose this single-hoop version since it allows head-to-head competition by taking turns without the chaos shown in videos for double-hoop versions. It is also the right size for our space. The packaging was absolutely first class. The instructions were also great - but I sure wish I had followed its advice to read all the assembly steps before starting. We had only compliments during our first family get-together, and the only damage I found afterwards was a tear in the net that was easily fixed by tying a knot. At first we had a little trouble with a couple pieces that didn't fit together. However, we contacted the company, and they sent us a replacement. Now it is setup, and we can't stop playing it. We love playing the game, which means having the scoreboard on keeping score. However, no one likes the loud buzzing noise that it makes. I may eventually disconnect the speaker, but right now we are putting up with it. This is really the perfect size to fit in our game room. It just runs along one wall, and fits perfectly under the normal height ceiling. The balls hit the ceiling a couple times at first, but now everyone has the hang of it and keeps it below ceiling height. ... show more

    • Having fun using it and more compact than we thought
It was a little hard to assemble alone. You need another person to help hold other poles while snapping them together. It folds up very easily. When pulling the plastic off the poles the plastic got caught in the hinges but was easily just torn off. At first, I thought I didn't get a needle with the pump. But, on further inspection, I found the needle in the handle of the pump. Our scoreboard did burn out after two days. But I contacted the number, and they sent out a new scoreboard in three days. Haven't had a problem since. We have gotten many fun and competitive games out of this since we got it. ... show more

    • Fun but little wobbly
So it the instructions said I have to have 2 people to put together but I surprised my husband with this and put it together myself. It was little difficult cuz I never do things like this lol but took about an hour by myself. Only thing I dont like is the plastic on all the pieces u have to rip off. If u dont mind this process then its great. ... show more

I ordered this for my kids for Christmas and went to put it together tonight (Christmas Eve) so that it would be ready for tomorrow. I opened the box and see all of the metal pieces are in plastic sleeves. That's good. However pieces are bolted and attached together THROUGH THE PLASTIC. So instead of just sliding the pieces out, you have to rip or cut the plastic then pull as much as you can away from the areas where it's bolted though. Spoiler alert: you aren't gonna get it all. So I spent 15+ minutes getting the plastic off the pieces and I go to assemble it and on the first step, the first two pieces I go to attach together, the spring pin is missing and so the pieces won't attach. So it's Christmas Eve and this will be packed back into its box to be returned. I'm disappointed because the product had good reviews but it was frustrating to unpack it in the first place and then it's not even usable because a piece is missing/broken. I guess it's good it was on step 1 and not after I spent the time putting the whole thing together to find that it doesn't work... ... show more
