DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This was hands down the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. I ordered two nightstands to match a bed frame — the bed frame arrived damaged, and the quality of everything was laughably cheap. We’re talking low-grade, flimsy material, not real wood as implied. Total garbage. I immediately requested to return both the nightstands and the bed because I refused to keep this trash in my home. That’s when the real nightmare started. Their so-called customer service has been nothing but evasive, unhelpful, and dismissive. I asked for a full refund and free (or at least reduced) return shipping, which is standard when a product is defective. Instead, they refused to send a return label and kept asking if I wanted a replacement part — as if I want more of their broken junk. Then they told me I could return it myself, but shipping would cost over $221 — more than I paid for the furniture. For two unopened boxes! That is outrageous. This bed was supposed to be for my disabled mother, who is on a fixed income. The company couldn’t care less. They have denied a refund, refused to provide return shipping, and have made every step of this process a struggle. Their behavior is exploitative, and their product is a scam. If you’re reading this, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. This company will sell you junk, then trap you with sky-high return costs when you try to send it back. They are unethical, deceptive, and downright cruel. You’ve been warned.

Such a beautiful bed!! The only downfall is the amount of time it took to put it together. The instructions are fine, just know you’re gonna spend HOURS putting this together since it’s Every. Single. Piece. You have to do. The pieces could have come assembled with the majority of the attachments put together so the purchaser could just put the main pieces together, which would have taken about 1 hour in itself. Instead, we spend a total of 4 hrs putting this together. We typically put stuff together quickly and barely need instructions… but this was so time consuming!! Again, gorgeous bed! I guess the reason the price is what it is, is due to the labor you put in. The quality is really good though. It seems like it’s a short bed when you put it together, but we have a 14” mattress and it’s higher than I thought it would initially be. The storage is nice. Overall, the amount spent was nice, but we worked for it, too. Would recommend if you don’t mind the labor. But the bed is VERY pretty.

This bed frame is very sturdy. Extra hand and a few hours are required. Very heavy and it will come in 2 boxes. It will say delivered but the 2nd box is a day away. The drawers are also a very nice touch. Love that they are enclosed and you can still get under the bed to clean especially with a robot vac.

So this bed is AMAZING!! It is absolutely beautiful and the quality is outstanding especially for the price. It is sturdy and stable. The instructions are thoroughly written. They even sent a baggy of spare parts and hardware which is a really nice touch. It does take several hours to assemble which is understandable because its a real deal bed. And although my husband built it by himself he said it really needs 2 people to assemble. The storage drawers provide ample space. I am super happy with this purchase HEADS UP ON SHIPPING: this set is through a third party seller and delivered by FedEx and if you buy multiple pieces like I did, the Amazon tracking can only show one delivery. So it looks like everything has been delivered when some peices hadn't arrived yet. I contacted the sellers because I thought the dresser didn't get sent. They responded in less than 12 hours to let me know the situation and that the dresser was still coming and gave me the ETA. Great customer service! And to save you time and stress, if everything isn't delivered at once just be patient another day or two and it'll show up I would highly recommend this seller and this product!!
