I was nervous of buy furniture like this from amazon due to the complaints of being damaged from shipping or not all the parts coming in. The Farmhouse King size bed came very will packaged including layers and layers of Styrofoam protection to ensure it arrived damage free. The product did come in many pieces much like IKEA however the ease of installation to me was very easy. The unit looks very much as advertised and once assembled the unit is heavy which makes it feel very durable. All the pieces lined up for me and there was no issue during installation. The gap in the base between the slats makes any mattress to sag and create a dip on the middle. You will need to purchase an additional box spring or bunkie board otherwise it will just ruin your mattress and you’ll be find yourself sleeping in the dip it is so uncomfortable. I had to buy another $100 worth bunkie board . DO NOT BUY THIS BED UNLESS YOU ARR PLANNING TO SPEND 100 MORE BUCKS ON A BUNKIE BED. IT WILL RUIN YOUR MATTRESS ... show more
