I felt a significant difference in the softness and manageability of my hair in just one use. I did not use it as a pre shampoo, as a I had a significant amount of product buildup, so I did a clarifying shampoo before the treatment, and I believe that helped it to work even better. The price is up there, and the L’Oréal dupe is very similar (except for the scent, the Redken is lovely), so I doubt I would buy again, but it definitely does work!

My hair issue was serious heat styling damage to the point of insane amount of frizziness/static that it could not hold moisture from any deep hydrating mask/leave ins/oils, etc. So I came across bonding concentrates and ended up selecting this brand. Use this once a week after you shampoo so there is no buildup preventing it from working. So when i first used this, it made my hair really crispy like straw which concerned me even after deep mask. But I immediately noticed a big difference in less frizz and throughout the week, my hair was absorbing moisture now (using Shea Moisture manuka honey mask) and it became soft. Second time using this concentrate, my hair never went crispy again and is now soft. I'm not a science person, but I was theorizing because my hair was originally so damaged from years of daily heat styling the bonding concentrate had to do alot of work for the first round. Also Redken feedbacked in one of the questions that the bonding products do not come with a seal. Mine did not have a seal btw.

Living in the country not the city, which means well water and no water softener. Leave have brass and dull and frizzy. I used the complete line starting with this one, when working this regimen start with ACIDIC BONDING CONCENTRATE INTENSIVE TREATMENT (leave in hair for 5 mins) then wash hair wit the ACIDIC BONDING CONCENTRATE SHAMPOO next use the ACIDIC BONDING CONCENTRATE CONDITIONER. THATS IT, THATS ALL, NOTHING NEEDED IN HAIR AFTER THAT. The first time I used this I couldn’t believe I was looking in the mirror at my hair. My hair looked shinier than when I come out of the salon. It’s CRAZY INCREDIBLE, the shininess was outstanding and I never thought I would never see my hair shine like it did when growing up in the city, If they gave all girls with dull hair a sample of this regimen their sales would sky rocket. It’s for real pricy, but you don’t need to use this daily, use even once a week or once every 2 weeks, you will be astounded at the very noticeable results on your very first try. I know I sound like I’m trying to sell this stuff, which I’m not I just feel obligated to spread the knowledge to all woman but especially us girls that live in the country and who are always on the hunt trying tons of different products, just to look in the mirror once again see shiny hair, and feel damn good at both the looks and the feel of healthy shiny and envious hair. LMBO @ myself, I do sound like a sales person but I’m not. I've used it once so far. I cannot tell if it's helping but my hair did feel good. I also used it with a Moroccan oil hair mask so I can't be sure which one it was. The smell is lovely! I'm optimistic that it is helping my hair though.

Everybody's been bit by the olaplex bug, and I'm no exception . But I got tired of olaplex holding my wallet hostage! So I've jumped off the bandwagon , as it were . LOL I wanted to wait about 2 weeks before submitting my review. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, especially for the amount you get and the price. I did quite a bit of research. I think we've all been there. You scroll and scroll and filter out items by star rating and even price and even then you have your doubts. I narrowed it down between this and three different items and did a comparison of all four. In the end, this one had the better reviews and also the price is spot on, when compared to the other three. It's moisturizing and doesn't irritate my scalp. The first thing I noticed about this conditioner after a few days was my hair remain light, didn't have a residue and kept pretty clean. I found this was so helpful when you're going through the motions, start styling your hair and slowly but surely your fears come true and now your hair is wayed down and feels oily. I didn't experience that with this treatment. There really isn't enough time in the day to review things but this was actually worth taking a moment to share and maybe helping others cut down the time they search. I am certainly glad my search is over. LOL

Can’t really feel any difference in smoothness of my ends after a day. It’s lasting longer than I was expecting for the amount. However, price is still an issue for me when I’m expecting smooth hair and healthy feeling hair and not getting that.

Noticeably Stronger, Smoother Hair After Just a Few Uses I’ve been using the Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate Treatment for a few weeks now, and the difference in my hair is real. I have dry and somewhat brittle hair and this product made it feel noticeably smoother, softer, and more manageable especially at the ends. The texture is thick and creamy, and it spreads well through damp hair. I leave it on for 5–10 minutes before rinsing, and even after the first use, I could feel less breakage when brushing. It has a pleasant salon-like scent, not overpowering. One of the biggest pros is that it doesn’t weigh hair down or leave it greasy, even for finer hair types like mine. It’s definitely worth the investment as a treatment.
