Tried two flavors, really like the blue lemonade and don't mind the strawberry mango. I've been told to stay away from the candy flavors, as they don't taste the best but I haven't tried them personally. Pump and stim are great and price is even better!

Great stuff, gives you that "itch" everyone talks about, so if you like that and/or jitters, get this. Definitely gets you in the zone for workouts, I could tell a noticeable difference in my thought process/mental state. (I used to take double scoop, maybe triple if I was doing leg day back when I was really into my "PR or ER" Ronnie Coleman lifting stage, which I will say worked, but be wary of the amount of caffeine you ingest for the sake of your health). Genuinely one of the most heinous tasting pre workouts I’ve ever had. I threw out the tube after my 3rd day on it just because I felt like throwing up every time I drank it. As for the taste, imagine eating a lemon but make it 78x more sour and sugary. It was so bad I completely gave up on preworkouts for a while. I felt so defeated I couldn’t even buy another one so I started rawdogging my sessions. As for energy, didn’t really feel it. After looking at dosage list, I had high expectations but I didn’t even feel a tingle. Maybe because I was so disturbed by the taste, I don’t know. -7/100 forget buying again, would even take it for free ... show more

    • Total War is perfect for Middle Stims!
Recon1 is typically my go to! Total war is great! Not too much jitter or overall intensity. A lot of of the time I’m able to do a half scoop and my outcome of workout is great. The flavor mixes great with water and for the price the size is unbeatable.

I have been buying this product, total war blue lemonade, for years. It's an amazing product, fuels my workouts well, doesn't taste grainy, does give me jitters. However, I'm not sure if they reformulated it recently or I just got a bad batch but my recent order arrived and tastes almost like blueberries?! Not bad.. but not what I ordered and am disappointed. I LOVE blue lemonade but my recent order just wasn't it. ... show more
