This pre is alright, for what it is. It's not the highest stim or the best quality powder, but it's the best for its price point. I've found that it mixes well with other powder supplements (creatine monohydrate, fiber, etc.), if a little chalky in texture. The flavor -when mixed to the right concentration at 3:1 pre to creatine w/ 8-10 oz of water- is nice, like a grainy orange Fanta or Jarrito. Be careful not to over-dilute it, as it becomes much less palatable and more like a bottle of surface cleaner. Personally, I don't find it very effective, but that's probably due to a high tolerance. If you frequently take caffeine, this is not for you. I find it to be more like to a coffee buzz than any sort of tingle or edge. Probably the main highlight is the increased blood flow, meaning better pumps. It takes right around 30 minutes to kick in (as advertised), but works well as far as circulation is concerned. I'd say that it's a good first pre-workout for anyone caffeine sensitive or looking for a budget option.

I really enjoy redcon1 products, served in U.S.M.C and its always meaningful to me to support companies that support military campaigns. The actual product is decent and the orange flavor is nice and not bitter. Its similar to an orange trident gum in taste while the caffeine is good too at 300mg. Definitely feel the pumps and energy, and seen productive results when taking. I also tried grape and green apple, and grape being my go to for sure, would love to try more out.

Has a spicy flavor... very strange for orange. Will not be ordering again. The flavor is just way too much and gave me intense heartburn, ruining my workout. I felt my esophagus burning all day. Major disappointment.
