I’ve tried a lot of protein powders and this one stands out because it actually feels more filling than a typical whey protein. The whole-food blend gives it a smoother, heavier texture that works well as a meal replacement or post-workout shake. Taste was surprisingly good and it mixes better than expected for this type of protein. It is a little thicker than regular whey and not the leanest option calorie-wise, but that’s kind of the point with MRE. I like the flavor, smell, and texture of this shake. It's not heavy with dairy cream texture so it requires a lot of shaking to mix, but it has a good milkshake texture if you mix it enough. It feels like a good source of nutrition to replace a full meal. It seems like the best price for a meal replacement shake that I can find but I try to buy the lowest priced flavor.

Definitely filling! Doesn’t make me gassy, and appears to be spectacular ingredients, but the fake sugar they put in this stuff is terrible! Originally purchased MRE for my mother, who wasn’t eating much, and was withering away… Believe I got her the chocolate peanut butter, which she enjoyed, and has gained actually some weight, by using it! The banana nut flavor is “Ok” at two scoops, though I have to cut it with chocolate weigh protein, and some powdered peanut butter…still need to wash the taste out, with coffee, or brush my teeth afterwards. Three scoops is hard to choke down, couldn’t imagine four scoops! I’m active at 38, and try to gym 5 days a week, on top of a couple different beer-league intramural sports. This stuff has helped me stay lean and curb the post-breakfast hunger, but the banana flavor, is not desirable. I don’t drink soda, but especially hate diet soda, due to the same fake-sugar flavor. Maybe I’ll try another flavor.

Pretty solid protein powder. It doesn't mix the best and has a bit of a grittiness to it at times but its nothing to bad. Im just about to finish off a batch of blueberry cobbler and the flavor is pretty good but it definitely gets old after a while. I only used 2 scoops instead of the 4 it states in the serving size because I wanted to push it a bit further and 47g of protein per serving isn't really necessary for me right now. If you can get it on sale its definitely a solid choice but not the best ive had unf ortunately.

You never know if the flavor of any powder is good or not BUT THIS IS SO FREAKING GOOD like DESSERT and i dont use the full serving i only do half and even THEN THE FLAVOR?? Banana?? Please. Nuts?? Bread?? I cant. It smelled great when opening the huge container and i say huge cuz i didnt know it would be so massive and then to taste it?? This is the end of me. Like i bet all the flavors are amazing. Expensive? Heck yea. But THE TASTE IS EPIC.

If You Are In The Market For A Powder, With NO Whey In It & Not Loaded With Tons Of Sugar, Then This Is 1 Of The 2 Real Whole Meal Replacement Powders, That I Would Highly Recommend. The ONLY Con I Have With MRE Is The Price. I Feel This Is A Bit Overpriced Which Is Why Now Use " Animal Meal Replacement " Nowadays OR MRE LITE, Especially With The Financial Hardship Due To The Pandemic At Hand. Animal Doesn't Taste As Good As MRE BUT That's Because Unlike MRE There Is No Artificial Flavoring In It, Which Is A Big Plus In My Book.
