I had ordered the Blueberry Cobbler and Oatmeal chocolate chip as a breakfast/lunch meal replacement. Both of them tasted aweful..I had an extremely hard time finishing both tubs. Aside from the flavor, my first experwas good. The high calories and Hugh protein helped me out extensively with my diet. I just ordered the Fudge Brownie flavor and it is 100% better in taste. I am wanting ti try the other flavors, but after my experience with the blueberry cobbler and Oatmeal chocolate chip, I am very hesitant to stray away from the Fudge Brownie. Aside from the flavors, the product it great and I will continue to order more!

Great flavor good value usually get the Lean Body High Protein Meal Replacement Shake, but tried this for the flavor. really like the flavor, but little different with texture and calorie count... if MRE can get the texture a bit more smooth/creamy and get the calorie similar to Lean Body, it would be perfect.

Flavor: Blueberry Cobbler
This is a meal replacement powder as opposed to just a protein supplement. The serving size is four scoops, and there are approximately 50 servings per tub. Personally, I use two scoops at a time and then add in another scoop of regular protein powder to keep the carb count low. Plus, I like mixing a chocolate protein powder in with it to get a mix of chocolate and blueberry flavor, which I personally really like. If you take an entire serving, you get 530 calories, 47g of protein, 75 g of carbs (with 8g of fiber), and 4 g of fat. As I said, I take 2 scoops at a time then add in some protein powder to keep the carb count down while still getting a good amount of protein, and generally use it as a replacement for dinner/post-workout. It blends fairly well, although I did have a little bit of residue at the bottom of the cup after I blended it (I blend it in a Vitamix blender as opposed to using a shaker cup). So, the last bit in the cup was a bit chalky, but not horrible. It tastes very good, at least when adding chocolate protein powder to it. It is definitely a good option for a meal replacement.

I’ve tried a lot of different meal replacement shakes and these are by far my favorite. I mainly use these shakes because it is a quick convenient meal. I’m 5’8” 143 pounds so I’m not trying to lose weight. On days I work out I do a full 130 gram shake and on my off days I use 100 grams. 530 calories vs 400. Here is a list of flavors I’ve had starting with the ones I like most. 1, 2, and 3 are interchangeable depending on the mood I’m in. 1. Blueberry Cobbler 2. Banana Nut Bread 3.
