The assembly was a problem as the directions are vague, the print and illustrations are very tiny, I initially put the handles on backwards and had to go online to find photos to get it right! When I got it the batteries wouldn’t charge after first use but contact the seller and they rectified the situation they handle it promptly which I like now my new batteries charge perfectly praying it stay that way but overall it’s a good little mower I really do like it I would in courage you to buy the seller response to my issue was prompt and they were friendly as well overall good customer service which I like and attentive to the customers concern was very good ... show more

This is a great mower that gets the job done. The 40v battery ensures it can cut through the tall, wet grass as well. I was impressed at how it did not stall or slow when cutting some of the heavier grass in my yard. Go with the battery two-pack option for sure. I can get my lawn cut on a single battery--barely. My only "complaint" is that learning how to start the darn thing was not very clear, and understanding the charger was a little convoluted, but otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.     • It’s not an easy piece of equipment.
I don’t like it it takes me twice as long to mow because the batteries don’t hold a charge with poo. It’s the worst thing I have ever bought. Don’t waste your money.

    • Handle trouble
The way the handle attaches is bad. Only used it twice and had to replace a missing bolt. I know I'm going to have to replace them all by drilling holes all the way through and using locking nuts to secure them properly.
