A coworker recommended these boots, so after a ton of research I bought them I wear them everyday a minimum of 12 hrs a day sometimes up to 16 hrs a day. So far they are the best boots i've bought. I walk on concrete all day. I have bought thurogood boots for a long time but they only last bout 6 months and have to replace the sole I was done with shipping them back to thurogood every six months so I decided to buy these and I love them. You can Not feel the steel toe in them. They are super light and very comfortable even at the end of the day. As for myself I will definitely buy these boots again. Easy on and off. I have not wore them in water deeper than about an inch so I cannot say if they are or not water proof. The biggest thing I can tell you is sizing. Australia sizing so if your like me and wear a 11 in American size then you wear a 10 in Australian boots other than that definitely buy them and try them.     • very good and comfortable boots
I am a mechanic and work on a concrete floor 12 hours a day - one of the tool trucks turned me onto these boots many years ago - best boots I have had - don't have to worry about the laces coming untied while your under a car and you trip and hurt your self - lasts a long time - about 4 months ago my old boots started to go bad - asked the tool truck person to get another pair - 4 months later no can do - went online and within 5 min. was able to order a pair - had them within a week - i support the tool truck people but when your feet start to hurt and your whole body starts to ache you can only take so much - my feet thanks my decision - I got my energy back ... show more

    • Very Comfortable Boots
I've owned Wolverines and latest Red Wings, I had ordered Wolverines 11 wide, we're really tight, Redwing King Toe have amazing toe room, but I wanted to give these Redbacks a try. A few days in now, I have to regrets. VERY roomy toe for being steel tow. Highly recommended these

    • Good boots, slightly uncomfortable at first
Boots are great quality, however they were pretty tight on the top of my foot and some of the leather on the inside had some un-refined edges making them uncomfortable. I used some mink oil and a hair dryer with double socks to stretch them out a bit and they were fine. I normally wear an 11.5/12 US, but ordered these according to what they said and they fit well from a size perspective. ... show more

These are a beautiful set of boots. Full grain leather, steel-toe, smooth slip-on and very comfortable once you get through the hellish break-in. Quite honestly the best pair of boots I have ever owned.

The product was listed as a 11 Estra Wide, I asked the folks who bought this shoe if I should purchase 12 wide or 11 wide because I know these shoes normally run small in US sizes and everyone said "if you wear a 12, buy the 11". Shoes came in early and the moment I tried them on I realized, these don't fit?? I was sent a 10?? Not even a 10W but a 10?? If you're going to sell the shoes as 11 extra wide, at least put into the description that it's 11AUS. Now I have a pair of shoes I can't do anything with. If you're unsure of the actual size, don't ask others who have bought the shoe... ask the person/vendor selling them. ... show more
