My daughter is 11 years old and she repeatedly told me that she's the only one in her school without a trampoline 😆 So I finally decided to get one for her and go big on this 12ft trampoline and I'm glad I got this size with this cool looking pumpkin shaped trampoline. FIRST IMPRESSION: The box that came in was about 120lbs so yes it's very heavy and you will need at least 2 people to move it or a dolly. I just opened the box where they left it and moved individual parts to my backyard as needed. Everything was well packaged and that assembly instruction was very clear with all the parts and nuts labeled clearly. They also have video available for the assembly instruction and it really helped to watch the entire video before starting the assembly and I ended up playing the video and pausing it in between to reference between the assembly instruction and video. All the material was solid and heavy duty and my daughter just couldn't wait until I finish the assembly because she got so excited so I let her jump on the trampoline as soon as I had the mattress set up. ** TIP ** While it comes with all the tools you need, I would highly recommend you use your own tool to make it easier and faster to assemble. The main tool used to assemble the trampoline is the hex wrench and having a ratchet wrench really helped and speed up the assembly. Metric size 10 wrench was the perfect fit for this trampoline. QUALITY: I love the pumpkin shape poles because it provides more room for the kids when they lean on the safety net and still does not hit the poles. The net is attached by metal wire on top all around then secured around 72 springs on the bottom so it's very secure yet elastic and strong. This 23ft trampoline has 400lbs weight capacity and even I was able to get on it with my daughter without any issue. I weight 200lbs 😁 HOW IT COULD BE BETTER: While I had no issue with the assembly, I wish they had included spare nuts and screws in case you misplace them since you are most likely to assembly this in the backyard, you can easily lose one or two nuts and bolts in the grass. They provide the exact pieces for the assembly so make sure you don't lose any. I can see that everything is heavy duty and should last years to come but with UV rays, rain and snow, I guess the safety net and the mattress can have wear and tear over the years so it would be great if they also sell these parts separately. Everything else are pretty much weather proof and they might rust but should last many years. BOTTOM LINE: I'm very happy with this purchase and my 3 kids are enjoying this trampoline, especially my daughter. If you have the space, I would recommend the 12ft size so that there's plenty of space for multiple children to play together. I'm very impressed with the quality and assembly instruction. They really know how to make a trampoline and the price was excellent compared to other brand. Easily 5 out of 5 stars! ... show more

This is a great purchase no just for the kids but for us grandparents who need the three of them to go outside and play sometimes. fits perfectly in this 12 foot area we have at the back of the yard And teaches them how to use their core to balance. definitely gets their energy out in a healthy way. We have a 10, eight and four-year-old They can all jump together. keep in mind if they’re going to be doing jumping tricks then the other two need to get out. It’s in direct sunlight so on a hotter day I spray them gently with water from the hose for a few minutes which cools them for about a half hour till they dry out and heat up again. When they get tired of jumping and the sun is going down a bit they take their oversize pillows oversize stuffed animals and blankets and turned into kind of a camp out or a picnic. They watch videos in there, record videos, read books and sometimes take ice cream and sit underneath the trampoline in the shade to eat. I can’t comment on the ease of assembly because I paid someone to do it. I like to safety feature of the pumpkin style poles since my kids seem to bounce off the net quite a bit! Fearless little things. It’s very sturdy…on day one my husband who weighs 205 pounds wanted to test it and jumped around he felt totally secure and Said it felt sturdy. All I know it seems this purchase serves four purpose. Tell me you’re just see if we can find a few more totally recommend it ... show more

This was a much more difficult to assemble design and our previous absolutely amazing trampoline. Because of all the added screws, it seems as though maybe it’s perhaps sturdier but only time will tell. We just installed it yesterday, and now that we’re using it today, I am very upset that I didn’t notice last night that the mesh is all scraped up with very sharp little bits sticking out all over it. (See image)Not really sure what to do at this point, hoping the place that sold it to me sees this message and will help me out with a game plan. I really appreciate that the top is held by a wire versus just the netting on its own. It’s cool that the support poles go out and around to give more room for kids so they don’t accidentally bump it if they hit the mesh. The ladder was a nice touch. Just wish it would’ve had grounding steaks as well but I ordered those separate. The only slightly weird thing is that the spring cover pad Sticks up all the way around once you sew on the mesh netting. I think it’s because the springs are a lot shorter than the size that the padding usually spans and needs to cover. So it has to scoop upwards. Really desperately hoping that these little short bits don’t stab my children’s feet or suddenly rip giant holes in it because I cannot afford to buy a third trampoline this year. (Last one got taken off into the woods during a windstorm and severely mangled. The cost of replacement parts was almost the same as a brand new one) Also fun fact. This all came in one box. Many other models have the safety netting supports in a separate box where is this all came as one box combined. Made it only a little extra challenging trying to find the pieces but ultimately I think that was a good thing because it’s all in one place. ... show more

My daughter has gotten quite a bit of use out of this trampoline. However, the protective pad and the net have fallen apart from exposure to the elements. The netting is fairly thin and just attaches with a cord you pass through the net near the bottom edge, which is not reinforced, so they pull through and have to be rethreaded hrough another spot. I cannot find replacements that fit this trampoline because it has 8 poles but it is 10ft. Most other 10 ft trampolines have 6 poles, and so the replacement nets are made to fit them. ... show more
