This is an easy to install quality awning. My only complaint is it is the grey awning but is definitely lighter in color than pictured.

My partner and I installed this after I watched some reviews and we fought over how to do the install. In the end, we did it BOTH our ways and ended up having foibles, but once it was installed, I love it. Nice, large awning, material seems sturdy, time will tell about durability.
