Ramp arrived via FedEx quickly, and packaged well. No instructions included. I called the number on box and was greeded by a friendly person who told to mount as close to flush with front of boat as possible. My first truss to mount to was 6" from front which created a small 4" step. No big deal. It took 8 self tapping screws to attach. Really easy. The ramp slides in and out very smooth and I don't know how we got along with out it. I weigh 230lbs and ramp doesn't give at all when walking on it. It's really sturdy and slip resistant. Also it's really light and easy to deploy.

The ramp was easy to install. We take our pontoon to a nearby beach on the lake we live on quite regularly and this makes it easy to get on and off the boat. When we go to put it up we have to slide it up some and push on the end to get the arch out of it that walking on it during the day has pushed it down some. It is not extreme but does bend some when being used.

This ramp works perfect! Depending on your boat...you may need to change up the hardware. We had to but it wasn't that bad to install. We did it with the boat on the trailer. It took two of us. We put some plywood down on the trailer beams. One of us laid down and held the ramp up with our hands and feet. Lol! While the other one drilled and screwed in the screws. The ramp is very sturdy. The dogs love it. Highly recommend!

My ramp broke. Only the ramp part. The rollers and the mount are fine. I called to order another one but they tell me they’re a small company and they don’t stock replacement parts. It’s currently mid July and for the rest of the season I can’t load my passengers without giving them some sort of assistance. Huge inconvenience. I was put on a waiting list in hopes that they will stock this product again at some point. Customer service is not there.

Able to install on the trailer by myself. Used a floor jack and a 4x4 for added height. Little tricky but got the job done. Worked good and solid. Use a rope to be able to pull ramp back in.
