This is a nice little amp and it pushes all the power i need. I have it hooked up to a 12 inch Mobiator in a ported box, and it thumps. I listen to metal music and the kick drums beat clean with the cheap setup. I used an oscilloscope to adjust the gain, and I was surprised that I could turn the gain all the way up without clipping. Solid little amp with an attitude! Small enough to be mounted anywhere, packs a punch. Purchased for my son's car, wired to a single 10 at 2ohm.

I don't know about no 1,600 Watts maybe 300 but it does slam pretty good

Be aware there appears to be some discrepancies between the posted sale add and the product manual. The add shows 600 rms @ 2ohm. While the manual shows 385 rms @ 2 ohm. The add shows a 2 ohm minimum in the photos while the manual shows the rated power is 600rms @ 1 ohm. I am currently awaiting a response from recoil support staff to sort out the differences. I didn’t want 385 @ 2 ohm I needed the advertised 600 @ 2 ohm. Additionally the product does not match the images but does bear the correct model labels. If recoil corrects the issue here I will update the rating for now I feel mislead. Update- recoil has reached out and tech support has responded that the advertised data is correct. I requested a corrected manual, I have not yet received the requested corrected manual in pdf or paper form. The amp has been installed and is working nicely. I do believe that the advertised power is correct based off the performance. I haven’t had the chance to meter the actual power output yet. Regardless of the discrepancies for the price I am impressed. ... show more
