    • Very happy with this wheelchair - for a short period of time, now I know I was ripped off
UPDATE: The battery failed completely (they said it was a lithium, when I first bought it, but it was just a lead acid) and the motor that runs the the recline & leg adjust also failed within a year. I ordered another one so I could go on vacation and it never arrived when it was supposed to, so this thing has ended up costing me thousands all told, and I do not have anything to use. I can NO LONGER recommend this product or seller!!! We needed a power wheelchair that could recline all the way back, but that would be still be able to be transported in an SUV. This one fits the bill perfectly, in fact it's the only one I've ever found with the features we need! It only took us a few minutes to assemble, I'll be honest, it took me longer to get the feel of the joystick which requires a light touch. This kind of feels like a cross between a scooter and one of those massive power wheelchairs. It's a power chair, so it's somewhat heavy, but it's not much heavier than a mobility scooter. It switches between manual and power simply by turning off the Power Button by the joystick, To reline, there is a separate remote that allows you to independently raise/lower each leg rest, and another button to recline the back. In all, it's possible to set it in most any position that you need. We purchased a pouch to attach to the armrest since there isn't a place to keep the remote outside of the small backpack on the back, which you can't reach from inside the chair. The leg rests swing out, but no where near as much as a manual wheelchair. That isn't an issue for us, but might be for others. Charging it requires changing one plug on the battery which is very easy to reach, then unplugging another that is under the chair - which is a little more difficult to get to. It also can NOT be just left on the charger until next use, so I set a timer so I remember to unplug it in a few hours. The tires easily cruse over grass and other not so smooth terrains, so that opens up a lot more places and activities that we can go to now! For us, it's a game changer! ... show more

    • Great chair, but too fast
this chair is awesome! It's too fast though to be honest. I like the features for the price, but it's too fast. It needs to be dealt down. I don't know exactly what to do but it's already on the lowest setting for speed and it's still too fast and anyone have ideas what to do to slow it down?

    • Not worth it, faulty automatic brakes
The automatic brakes don't work so I have to use the hand brake. The hand brakes are difficult because they are too stiff. I have to get out of my chair in order to set the hand brakes and the handles are too short. Chair always pulls to the right. The backing up alarm is annoying and it beeps when I try to turn right. It tends to randomly slow down to a stop. ... show more

Arrived much later than promised. I needed it for an event I ended up missing because I had no mobility aide. The remote recline and independent leg extension is what caught my interest. The remote recline feature was good and the chair worked well overall, but worked for only a couple outings. The battery won't charge now and it certainly didn't go 20 miles. More like 5 miles distance tops. I don't know how to contact the company to get a new battery. Waste of money if I can't get it working again. ... show more
