This couch is simply lovely. It's comfortable, stylish and affordable... a triple threat in my opinion. The instructions given post order were spot-on, with the exception of the missing sofa manual in box 3. Thankfully, we were able to use the loveseat manual that came in the first box and it all turned out great. The packages came in 3 shipments over the course of 5 days and it took a little over 3 hours to put it together. The material is soft, plush and luxurious. The seats sit on a decline, so it forces you to lay slightly back even when not reclining. That's a great feature because it keeps you from sliding forward on the soft material.The removable console is so handy. I wish they sold them separately, but unfortunately they don't. Lastly, the rich dark chocolate color is beautiful... it's definitely eye catching. My family and I are thrilled with our new sofa and are looking forward to relaxing on it for many years to come. ... show more

You will hear the sound of spring and I can feel the spring. When we first got this couch we were very satisfied and I would have given it five stars. 4 months later, the spring in the backboard of the recliner started clicking and spring back up whenever we touch it or sit back, making tacky spring sound and spring feeling in the middle of our back. We are very disappointed because we didn't pay over $700 just to use the couch only for 4 months until it started breaking apart. It's embarrassing when guests sit on it and it makes this kind of sound and gives the feeling of the spring in the backboard. ... show more

I have had this couch recliner going on 2 months it's ok I don't like the small flimsy arm rest or the cheap storage you have to unzip to use that says cheap but easy to put together fairly comfortable I guess I got what I paid for except for the arm rest I guess we'll see in a couple of years lol maybe next year I hope it last that long ... show more

“This recliner sofa is really comfortable and looks great in my living room. The cushions are supportive, and the reclining function works smoothly. I love the hidden storage and cup holders—they’re super handy. However, assembling it took 4.5 hours and definitely needed two people, so be ready for that. The instructions could have been clearer, but once it was set up, it was totally worth it. We bought this for my daughter’s new condo. She is coming for the holiday and taking home. It is so elegant and thick. Comfortable with the extra cushions. I love that there is a removable arm rest with a drink holder so if three sitting it’s so easy. The side arm rests have storage for books chargers or whatever you want. Also each side of the couch has storage pockets. We have looked all over and a couch like this costs over $1500, but this was such a reasonable price. ... show more

It’s just ok! I purchased a sofa from Amazon over 3 years ago, during the pandemic. It was easy to put together ( did it my self ). And the quality was really good, and for less cost than this purchase. I sold it because I moved out of state . So needed another & thought I would try again, purchasing a sofa through Amazon. This sofa is no where near the quality, and the instructions are horrible! The cushions still have the imprint from the cardboard box they used to psych with. The arms lean out to the side. So not straight up! I will be doing good to get 6 -8 months out this sofa. Not worth the money or the trouble putting it together. ... show more
