I purchased one chair unsure if the heat and massage features would make this a thinner seat; thankfully it seems to be a very comfortable chair. I love the Orange color, it’s not a harsh or bright orange, but works well in my sunroom that I was looking for comfort, but bright. I’ve only seen browns, grays, black in the stores, I’m very pleased with this chair, and will buy a second for a pair. It comes as 11 parts; you do have to “build it”, which I did myself. I know the next one will go twice as fast, this probably took me 45 minutes. Partly because I couldn’t find one of the sides, which was WELL PACKED underneath the assembled seat cushion, quite tightly packed in. I had to release the foot rest and wrestle it out. I don’t care much for the finish on the bottom of the Backrest Ear Part. The covers are very tight over the “frames”; I couldn’t stretch the covers completely, but the weird part is the “tails” just seem to have no place to be. The Massage is quite nice; the little bit I tried the heat, I didn’t feel it much, but I was already hot from putting the chair. On the remote, the heat seems to not turn off when you turn it off; if you turn on the Heat it looks like you have to also turn it off. I don’t know if it has a timer and will turn off after a certain amount of time. There are no instructions to use the remote. I plan to purchase another chair.

The media could not be loaded. My parents had one of these lazy-boy style chairs growing up and it was always the most coveted spot. Now I've got one and it's definitely my favorite seat in the living room. The assembly was pretty straightforward. The slide the backrest and armrests onto the main bottom piece. Also the rocking and swiveling is very smooth.

Best seat dimensions would have been about 22 D and 22 W , this recliner is just to massive (large to be comfortable), one cup holder totally broken in to pieces , wrote to them never got an answer !! Also on one Arm Rest Box , two material rips I had to tape up on large side plate with duck tape ripped 5 inches top and side !! Super structure low quality composite wood pieces in many sections to be screwed together!! I almost decided to return this item, but the assembly was a bit slow with all those screws , so I decided to keep it since for me 6 ' tall it is very uncomfortable ( now for 2 weeks got a rash from this had surface and uncomfortable composite wood under it rubbed and is still rubbing and scratching every move i make and it hurts a lot ) , my wife 5' tall hurts her back and she slides around a lot !! Much to big 24x24 seating surface and very bad workmanship bordering on junk sine it looks like it is primitively thrown together , in a local workshop and then sold as Manufactured !! All in All a very poor and dangerous for your health especially backside skin which gets raw , product !! Bought two 24x24 " seating cushions and tried everything that could have been done to alleviate the faults of this piece of trash !! it is the large surface made for a 400 +++ lb guy or woman which this was made for all wrong to be sold as a comfortable recliner to the general public and the box was taped up so I think it even was a return product sold again !! The price is right all other is extremely low and bad materials /quality quality , hope the whole item will last since also the foot extension is a total hassle and extremely hard to extend with legs spring is to tight again not a normal to be sold as recliner chair product even they call it a sofa type recliner !! Also had a totally smashed cup Holder which I kindly ask to be replaced from all else was which was a experience a very inexpensive item they did send in a week or so , a experience I do not want to repeat again so I keep this to large sofa chair for a fat guy but if all what's been said, gets worse I return it to the source and that is ""Amazon.com"" which sells such unprecedented junk made in China to the public :-) !!
