I love the massage feature on this chair. The heat is not warm at all and kind of pointless. I love that it is a swivel rocker recliner. The seat cushion could be more comfortable and I wish the arms were a little higher. Over all though for the price it is a very good chair.

Updated: the missing part was tucked up into the chair. The directions should be clearer that parts may be hidden in other parts of the chair. Chair itself is fine once assembled but harder than I would have liked. I fell for the other reviews. Proceed with caution. The chair was dissicult to assemble and the directions were badly translated. When it arrived, the chair was missing the right rest, so I currently have most of an unusable chair sitting in the middle of my floor. If I get the replacement part quickly, I will update. As it is, huge disappointment.

Assembly is relatively easy, I prefer vibration massage, I think it is very comfortable, there will be a little sound, the pull ring is easy to pull open, the footrest is just the right length, I did not know how to close the footrest at first, contacted the customer service, it is very helpful to me, you need to sit up straight first, and then you can close it with your heel.
