I am losing my hearing and I started about one and a half year ago trying out amplifiers. I think I have bought three kinds and this product is absolutely the best. I think better than my neighbors $5000 fitted hearing aids that she has to take back for "adjustments '" at least once a month. I just ordered my second pair so I would have a back up only to find that these are very limited. I ordered one a couple of weeks ago and I will get them sometime after the middle of November. I feel foolish, this review is coming months after I purchased the last pair: this product is unreliable, and I foolishly bought this twice - the earbuds fall out and just quit working over time - I cannot recommend - they market this as easy to use, but was not the case for me - too large for my ears and the sound stopped anyway. In the beginning they worked well, when they worked, but the size made them top heavy and they would not stay in my ears - very embarrassing to have the earbuds fall out in front of people. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My grandpa is my favorite person but communication with him can be difficult because he has moderate hearing loss. It makes it really difficult for him to hear anything . My grandma and him are in a budget and hearing aids can be very expensive. I found these and they were a good value so I was hopeful they would work out. These are so great and are working out perfectly. My grandpa can hear conversations and the TV better . These are so simple and easy to use. They are rechargeable and the charging case charges them each time they're put back. They can get around 12 hours of use before needing to be charged again in the case. They can work for a total of 48 hours before the case needs a recharge. Lastly, these hearing aids are really discreet. They look just like earbuds and are comfortable. They don't fall out of your ear . They're simple to use and have a knob that increases or decreases the volume by turning it. These have been so great for improving my grandpas quality of life. Put them in and heard a ton of static. Went to take them out and got horrible, ear bleeding high pitch feedback. DO NOT BUY!

    • Not bad but not great, on low volume levels I got some feedback, not a comfortable fit.
I wore for about an hour and though I need only a small amount of amplification volume, these still had feedback, my mom's prescribed models had this, but she needed a lot more power. It should not have this issue on such low volume levels. We're not very surround with the pick-up, I lost the sense of space and where some sounds were coming from. It did not work as well with the TV as others I've tried did. I'm not crazy about the noise cancellation either. They are compact and for those on an extreme budget, the charging case, and all in ear design may be a bonus. A mild recommend for minor hearing loss, and those who need only wear to use for occasions like meetings or gatherings. ... show more

These hearing aids do amplify the sound a bit but they are not without issues. I have a hard time fitting these earbuds in my ears. The noise cancellation is not great as I hear a lot of background static. To adjust the volume you have to take these out of your ear and turn them individually. It is nice that there's a charging case for the earbuds when storing them. The battery life was okay, not great. It lasted about 2 days of use. ... show more
