This Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse are working out GREAT for our new smart TV. The remote the TV came with can be difficult to point to select menu items, and entering WiFi passwords or Google searches takes forever using the TV remote. These two items are a MUST if you have a smart TV. The keyboard is a mini version (size of a magazine) so it doesn't take up a lot of space, it's super thin and easy to use. This review has been typed out using this keyboard and mouse. The mouse was not a problem. It was able to connect via the USB dongle without any effort. The keyboard however is another story. No matter how many times I pressed the Connect button, the LED kept flashing but it would not connect. Windows was able to pick up on the keyboard with auto-discovery, but the keyboard was largely inoperable. I had to explicitly use the Add button as shown in the image, after which the keyboard connected. I am not sure why. I switched the mouse to Bluetooth mode and it was able to connect via auto-discovery almost instantly. If you look at the connected devices, the mouse has a distinct identification, but the keyboard says simply "Keyboard". Why this keyboard is so ambiguous in its identity again is a question. Keyboard feel is nice, but close spacing can be an issue for large hands unless you are using it to type with one finger while holding the keyboard in the other. Non-slip mat is helpful if you are putting the keyboard on a wooden or glass desk. The aluminum is slippery on hard surfaces. I am on the fence about returning it, because if I have difficulties connecting it to other Windows machines around my house, then it would make a good case to return the item. ... show more

Keys simply don't work -- this is the basic function of KEYBOARD no matter how cheap one is. (Keys work only after hitting left side SHIFT key, and even then, for a very short amount of time so that you have to hit SHIFT key again and again.) Both keyboard and mouse too often get lost in Bluetooth connection; needs to reconnect almost every time. Now, I am shopping for another keyboard/mouse. In short, this should not be your option even for a "cheaper one". ... show more

I absolutely love how portable this keyboard and mouse that is, I wish I could find a carrier for it though but right now I just keep it in the cardboard box that it came in, which is working fine for me honestly. But I also love the sound the keyboard makes it's not loud because that would annoy me, but it has a satisfying sound to it and a connect very easily to my iPad. I haven't tried it with any other device but with my iPad Air 13 inch M3 it pairs very easily both the mouse and the keyboard. The keyboard also has no lagging with how fast I'm typing and it's showing up onto the screen. It responds very well and fast. I personally haven't used it enough to notice any issues with the battery life because I don't use it for hours on end maybe 10 to 15 minutes at a time maximum. ... show more
