I got this wall outlet box to replace my old one. It is a one-piece assembly, convenient for immediate installation. My husband found this outlet box replacement easy and time-saving, he did it himself, no need to hire an electrician. This outlet box is made of high-quality materials, looks sturdy and durable. It is great for outdoor use with a waterproof feature. I like the recessed design, it is invisible in the wall and matches my vinyl siding very well. Another thing is that the receptacle goes inside the wall, while the cover helps reduce the penetration of UV rays from the sun or dirt, water, and even small insects go inside. The box is very functional. The only problem is getting the cover open. The snap tab does not protrube out far enough to push it for release without using a small screwdriver or something. If you will be swapping out plugs regularly this will be an issue. Also the front design is a little awkward, and should have some kind of aesthetic snap on cover plate to cover the screw on tabs which are wierdly situated. ... show more
