Description
The stitching seems crooked and the fabric has wrinkles, is this normal? Gently pull & pat the bed frame into shape before it fully expands (24 hrs). For wrinkles, use a iron with a cloth barrier. Does the Cloud Bed Frame have to be against a wall? Yes, the Headboard is designed to rest against a wall and cannot be freestanding. How long does it take for the bed to fully expand? Foam expands in 7 days; corners may need more time but will become plush. Why is there a difference between the actual product size and the information in the picture？ Because it takes some time for the foam to resile, the size will be smaller when it first arrives. Why the dimensions of the bed frame feel too large for my mattress? We use standard US dimensions. This “oversized” feeling is quite common and usually indicates your mattress is slightly narrower than standard. No need to worry—if you have any questions, we'll promptly provide a solution! Crafted with intention. Built to last.
