This was a rip off. The item was returned with all its parts and in very good condition, and they failed to refund all my money. The seller took back all sorts of money because they could and there’s no way to dispute it. This is definitely a don’t buy. I only gave it one star because it won’t take the review unless I give it something.

Ordered this product 1-23-23, received 1-25-23, first used 2-3-23, loved the way it made my legs feel afterwards. Second use stitching on left two straps came apart. I could be wrong, but after inspecting the stitching. It looks as if someone tried to hand stitch before returning item or someone tried hand stitching after item was returned. I work hard for my money and if I pay for new, I'd like to get new. Maybe this is the reason there's a no return policy on this item. Now I'm stuck with a product I've had about two weeks and now can't use. Most likely never ordering from this seller again.

The media could not be loaded. These are high quality to: Help circulation Help with pain relief Help with healing I was really surprised at the quality of these. They are easy to put on and off. They can fit many different size legs. The remote control works all the features and are nicely laid out with a legible blue lit screen. You can use only one boot or both boots. Plus it comes with a convenient carrying case. Trust you found this review honest and helpful:-)

They're a bit heavy to easily transport but they work well and have helped at least a little. One problem I have with them is that the heat, even at its lowest setting, is sometimes too hot, which is weird as I'm normally good at dealing with high temperatures. Update May 2024: after two years of occasional (not regular) use, one of the straps on the left calf broke and can no longer close over that area. So I dropped the rating by one star.
