The medium firm feel is just right — supportive enough to keep your back aligned, but soft enough to cradle your body comfortably. The memory foam layer adapts to your shape and relieves pressure on shoulders, hips, and lower back. I used to wake up with stiffness and soreness, but not anymore! One of my favorite features is the individually pocketed springs. They really do a great job at minimizing motion transfer, so even when my partner moves or gets in/out of bed, I hardly feel a thing. Perfect for light sleepers like me! The cooling fabric is another big plus. The mattress feels medium-firm, just as described, and offers solid comfort and support. I bought it as a replacement for an air mattress for guests, and it’s been a big upgrade — much more comfortable and stable. Perfect for a guest room or occasional use. Definitely worth five stars!

This bed deserves zero stars!!! There is a small hole in the side casing upon arrival. The foam layers have separated from poor manufacturing. Like there was no adhesive used between foam layers. The mattress is uneven. One side of the mattress is much higher than the other side. The mattress looks like a lumpy bag of potatoes. It is not flat or smooth. It is covered in uneven lumps everywhere including one section that is 35"x 35" sits 2" higher than other sections of the bed. The layers of foam have separated From each other. One might blame it on shipping and handling issues but this mattress only ship 2.5 hours from where I live. Therefore one would conclude it’s a manufacturing problem. Now I will be spending my Monday on the phone trying to figure out how to return this mattress. ... show more

These are great mattresses: good price, good service, good product. They set up quickly and are really comfortable. The innerspring and memory foam are a great combination, very supportive. Our daughter's housemate tried it out and ordered one for herself. Be advised that these are heavy! My biggest beef is they have no handles (this was a standard thing long ago!), so get them in place before you open them up. Also makes it a bit hard to make the bed -especially with the queen and king size. But, we do recommend these! ... show more
