I was a little skeptical about ordering a mattress online, but the REALONE King Size 12-Inch Mattress (it fits perfectly for my California King bed frame~) has completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell this was going to be a game-changer. It expanded quickly and fully, and there was minimal odor – which disappeared after a few hours. The medium firm feel is just right — supportive enough to keep your back aligned, but soft enough to cradle your body comfortably. The memory foam layer adapts to your shape and relieves pressure on shoulders, hips, and lower back. I used to wake up with stiffness and soreness, but not anymore! One of my favorite features is the individually pocketed springs. They really do a great job at minimizing motion transfer, so even when my partner moves or gets in/out of bed, I hardly feel a thing. Perfect for light sleepers like me! The cooling fabric is another big plus. I tend to sleep hot, but this mattress helps regulate temperature really well — I no longer wake up sweaty or uncomfortable in the middle of the night. It’s breathable and helps keep things fresh. Also worth noting: the CertiPUR-US certification gave me peace of mind knowing it's made with safe, non-toxic materials. It really does check all the boxes — comfort, quality, support, and value. Really pleased with the quality of this mattress! Firstly, the delivery was very convenient, I was surprised with how small the box was, but once I opened it the mattress quickly sprung into shape. I left it out for a couple nights to breathe and then replaced my current mattress. It’s got a nice firm but comfortable feel and the memory foam really supports my back better than my previous one. This bed deserves zero stars!!! There is a small hole in the side casing upon arrival. The foam layers have separated from poor manufacturing. Like there was no adhesive used between foam layers. The mattress is uneven. One side of the mattress is much higher than the other side. The mattress looks like a lumpy bag of potatoes. It is not flat or smooth. It is covered in uneven lumps everywhere including one section that is 35"x 35" sits 2" higher than other sections of the bed. The layers of foam have separated From each other. One might blame it on shipping and handling issues but this mattress only ship 2.5 hours from where I live. Therefore one would conclude it’s a manufacturing problem. Now I will be spending my Monday on the phone trying to figure out how to return this mattress. ... show more
