I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press. ... show more

Omg! To say I’m in love with this thing is an understatement! It was very easy to set up, has a wide opening, and I love that my wide can coolers can fit in easily! I used it in tandem with my old tumbler press and it made my life so much better! I even prefer this to my old one. It runs a bit hot though so you need to adjust accordingly, which is an easy fix! It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. Customer service is a big thing for me and this company exceeded my expectations with response time and resolving things. ... show more

I got one of these ("refurbished") for christmas, opened it up to use it and the power button doesn't work. At all. So I send that back and then buy a new new one which came in yesterday. I plug that in, the power button works but the heating element isn't doing anything. I tried to adjust the settings, looked up videos and articles in case I was missing something but nope, it's just a crappy machine. There is no way to get ahold of someone at Realkant and the web address linked to the QR code in the instruction manual doesn't even work. If you want something that works this one realCAN'T. My girlfriend has been making tumblers for over 5 years now and I got her this for Christmas and she described it as "The Rolls-Royce of tumbler presses", it did not disappoint!!! Right out of the box, all she had to do was set her temp and, BAM, making perfect products right from the start!! All the other tumbler presses she has bought have required a bunch of fine tuning before they work properly. Not this one!!! I bought this press to start sublimation on tumblers. It was very easy to set up and use. Tried to use a slanted 20 oz tumbler and didn't have enough pressure on the bottom to sublimate. Works great on 20 oz skinny tumblers thou!

Love this auto tumbler heat press. I had used a different one for a couple years but i could never get it to the exact pressure setting. This one is auto pressure setting which makes it much easier. Can heat press 20oz or 30oz. Heats up super fast and extremely easy to use. Basically plug in, turn on, heat up for just a short time and push the button and let the machine do the work. I’ve had this for maybe 4 months and it’s already not working . All of a sudden it started burning my paper and now it won’t even heat up . At first I liked it but it’s a little ridiculous it’s already broke.
