Is too early to review regarding functionality and heat level but customer service is excellent. The set came in with 1 log broken and I was sent a replacement within 2 weeks. The logs do blacken easily, supposedly to give them a more authentic look. The company gives instructions on how to clean them and responds quickly to any inquiries. My fireplace was recently tiled to tie in with the kitchen backsplash and these logs are perfect to complete that updated look. ... show more

I am update my previous review. My original order had a log that was cracked. The seller had good communication and customer service, they sent us a replacement log which arrived in good conditions.

I won't buy this brand again. We have used our logs only 3 times and they are half black already. The finish doesn't stand up to heat or even a low gas flame. We will have to clean these logs after each use!
