We are blessed to have this bed. It goes down low enough for her to easily transfer from wheelchair to bed. It also raises high enough for me not to hurt my back bathing her. I recently purchased this hospital bed for my terminally ill father, and it has fully lived up to my expectations. The build quality is outstanding—both sturdy and dependable. The adjustable features, especially the head and foot sections, work perfectly as described, providing excellent neck support and much-needed elevation for his foot edema. The included mattress is both supportive and comfortable. To further prevent bedsores during extended periods in bed, I added an air mattress on top, and it fits seamlessly without compromising the functionality of the side rails. The remote control is incredibly intuitive, and even with my father’s limited hand dexterity, he can easily operate it himself. The bed arrived ahead of schedule, and assembly was a breeze—straightforward and quick, without even needing the instructions. Very nice hospital bed for the price. I had a friend do the assembly but it went smoothly. Functions well and appears sturdy and well made. I would recommend this bed. Only caveat is that my husband found the mattress too hard. We added a gel-infused Memory foam topper that solved this issue.

It's been in use for almost a week and my mom likes it. I was going to give it 4 stars because the mattress is very firm, but that was resolved with an inflatable mattress topper. Otherwise, it's well constructed. Definitely need two people or more to move. It's well built. Assembly was easy, except the instructions are vague. Installing the handrails isn't well explained. Raise the bed vertically with hand controller. Position the handrail just behind the hole for the IV post allowing clearance of the siderail handle. Amazon says they cover it's warranty. I would hate to have to ship this 200 lbs. beast back to them. So far, so good! ... show more

So finally got this big, beautiful bed set up. Wonderful frame, but the mattress was damaged somewhere along the way and it has 3 substantial holes on the bottom side. I mean the box was literally falling apart by the time we got it in the house and to the place we needed to set it up at. Strapping was breaking and falling off the bed was coming out of the box, kind of a disaster but I was lucky to have 2 burly guys helping me. So the miss parts are the sheets x2 and now I am scrambling to find sheets or order sheets. Overall easy to put together just put on the wheels and headboard, not using the side rails at this time but at least the parts to the actual bed were there. It’s a solid piece and should not need replaced anytime soon! ... show more
