We search around from the website to find a massage chair to replace our old one, and found this chair. Besides the price, the zero gravity caught our attention also there are many different functions/features that make us want to try. We were hesitating whether or not to purchase massage chair again because heavy and hard to move. However, surprisingly it is easy to remove from the shipping box, put a dolly under it then move to inside our room by just two of us. We can’t wait to try it right away, it’s a little complicate than our old one but once you know how to use the control panel which makes very easy. It is very quiet compare to our old one. There are several auto programs that we find very useful and convenience or just select/adjust manually, also can saved programs to favor section for fast access in the future. A.I. care and Indian Yoga are my favorite. Currently we use the chair at least 1 to 2 times a day although still learning but so far we like it. ... show more

Purchased this after I realized how much I was spending at the chiropractor and on physical therapy for my various back and nerve pain issues. A massage chair is obviously ridiculously expensive and I can’t believe I did it, but I don’t regret it for a second. I use it while I’m watching TV at night and it not only makes my back feel better but I can actually feel my circulation being better… and my nerve pain is less… and it’s just such an indescribable positive feeling of doing something good for my health and wellbeing. The heat function is so comforting and the way it stretches in the Thai and Indian message modes is incredible. I chose this particular model/brand partially because of the color and design and it fits perfectly with my other furniture. It’s a huge hit and conversation piece for anyone who visits and I love that others can enjoy it too! This chair stopped working mid-massage after a few months of light use. Completely unresponsive - a brick. After swapping power cords and outlets (plugged into a grounded outlet at all times, per instructions), I contacted Amazon who instructed me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer asked me to submit photos and videos as evidence of the claim - which I did. The manufacturer suggested I turn the power switch on (video showing the power switch on provided), and then ghosted. No response after weeks of followups. I reached back out to Amazon for help, and all they would do is tell me to contact the manufacturer and apologize for the inconvenience. Now I have a $3000 paperweight that can't even be safely moved because the chair is locked in a horizontal position. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - NEITHER AMAZON NOR THE MANUFACTURER WILL STAND BEHIND THIS PRODUCT BEYOND THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. ... show more

Revised**** They finally reached out and sent the correct part. Now it works well. **** I have filled out their online product support page, I have emailed them, I have called them and I am currently on hold for the 4th call. Still no actual response other than, "We will contact you soon." My item arrived on June 14th without the parts to attach the foot piece and I have reached out daily since then. Today is June 28th. I am fed up and feel the only option is to return the item!! This is my 3rd RealRelax purchase and the chairs are great but the service is awful!!! ... show more
