Game changer after long standing at my workplace
Color: Black
This massage chair is amazing! It feels just like a real spa treatment right in your living room, but for a much better price. The rollers give a really good, deep massage all the way from your neck down to your legs. It even scans your body first so the massage fits you just right. It leans back into a weightless zero-gravity position, and uses airbags to squeeze and relax your shoulders, arms, and legs. It is so relaxing that you will probably fall asleep in it. You can control everything easily using your phone or the app, play your own music through the built-in Bluetooth speakers, and use the child lock for safety. I also had a quick question during setup, and their customer support team was super helpful and quick to reply. My body feels so much better after a long day at work—buying this chair was a total game-changer! ... show more

Pain Reliever
Color: Black
I have been using a Real Relax massage chair since 2019 and recently decided to upgrade to one of the advanced models. The new unit arrived on time, and the installation process was straightforward and user-friendly. While the chair itself is excellent, I found that the operating manual could be more comprehensive, particularly in explaining the functions and operation of each button. I was able to figure out most features through trial and error and common sense, but I would highly recommend creating a detailed video tutorial that demonstrates each function and control. This would greatly enhance the user experience, especially for first-time users. Overall, the performance of this massage chair has exceeded my expectations. As a senior citizen, I have experienced a significant reduction in my pain levels and a noticeable improvement in my overall comfort and mobility after using the chair. The massage programs are effective, and the chair offers an excellent combination of comfort and functionality. Based on my initial experience, I am extremely satisfied with this massage chair and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality home massage solution. ... show more

Very Good Massage Chair
Color: Black
I don't write many reviews but I found it necessary to write one about this very good massage chair. I have been looking for a massage chair for over a year and researching various brands. I went to my local massage share store here in Las Vegas and test drove many models. I found one that I really liked under the Osaki brand, model, Maestro LE however it was far too expensive and I did not want to pay over $6,000 for a massage chair even with it being on sale. I did more research and came across this brand and model. after looking at over 50 videos on it and hundreds of reviews from buyers here on Amazon I decided to give it a try. To my surprise the chair is very comparable to the Osaki brand and I only paid about $1,400 for it. I really like the movement of the rollers and the zero gravity. The chair has good pressure on the airbags and does not crush you like some other brands I've tried. I also like the app that comes with the chair where you can control it from your phone which in my opinion is a lot better than the console controller that sits on the arm rest of the chair. I like that the chair is somewhat slim and fits in the corner of my room very nicely. Some draw backs about the chair is it doesn't really massage your ankles The airbags inflate near them but doesn't really give a good massage or apply pressure there which is a place that I have arthritis. Also the instruction manual is a bit vague when it comes to controlling the chairs various settings. basically I just had to try each setting and kind of figure out what it did from there and which was best for me. Other than those issues they were not deal breakers I really do like this chair and I'm so glad I purchased and family also loves it as well. The chair is a really great value for the money, it gives a really good massage. In my opinion this chair will not replace the hands of a human when getting massage but it's almost the next best thing. So If you're in the market for a reasonably priced massage chair that gives a great massage and has nice features don't hesitate to get this one. ... show more

Everything you need at a great price / Great Customer Support

I have been searching for a good quality massage chair with the right functions and good service all in one. This chair has all the amenities that I need without going way overboard and making it too complicated to use but still very customizable to my likings. I am 6ft and 220lbs with broad shoulders and like my massages deep tissue. This chair having the full SL track allows for a full body massage and goes deep with the 5 adjustable levels for strength on the massage. My wife and two daughters are both just over 5 foot and petite and they like it lighter and this chair fits them as well. The head pillow can be removed for a deeper neck massage or moved down lower for more padding for the smaller person as more padding. The chair has a very nice look in any room of the house and the large touchscreen makes it easy to operate as well as the shortcut controls and phone app. This is very reasonably priced and I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica and using this daily has helped tremendously. Great fit, easy to use, and good customer support line as they are very attentive. I only had to contact them to activate my warranty, but they literally answered within the same hour and I asked multiple questions back and forth and they were quick to respond. Chair is very quiet and is even comfortable to sit in without being used for a massage as it has good support. The only idea I have to make it better for me is to have the back panel have lighted as I like to dim the lights when having a massage, but that is an easy fix. Best investment I have made in a long time and I have been researching these for over a year. ... show more

Manufacturer Customer Service SUCKS 😡

Received this chair on January 20, 2024. The massage chair came fully assembled. The chair came with the normal informational paperwork in a ziplock bag, as well as with some screws, nuts and a pair of White-plastic elbows that I have no clue what to do with. (I’ll talk more about them later). As far as the massage features: I LOVE the foot massage! The full body massage is too rough. Although after adjusting the massage strength, it greatly improved. And “full body” includes the genital area and buttock. Men, watch out for your testicles. The chair is “just okay” related to comfort. For a $1700 massage chair, this chair should be comfortable with or without the massage feature being used. IT IS NOT! Just sitting in it you feel the metal rods along your hips/thighs and your butt literally sinks into the seat, no butt support at all. And when is use, although you still feel the metal rods, your distracted by the massage going on in the genital area. (Men, this is where you really want to be careful about the massage strength). I contacted Amazon customer service, who put me in contact with the manufacturer Real Relax. Very bad customer service. They communicate only by email, which just happens to be between midnight and 3am. They’d request pictures, I sent them pictures. Next they requested that I remove the motherboard and asked me for more pictures and a video, which I did. Each time I asked them about the plastic elbows and screws and nuts: where do they go? I would never get an answer related to that. In another email they wanted me to take the back off the chair and send more pictures. After emailing back and forth for nearly a week that last request to remove the back of the chair was the last straw! I called Amazon back and updated them on the back and forth with the manufacturer. Amazon apologized and started the return process. And by the way, I finally got the answer about the screws and plastic elbow from the manufacturer: “We don't know what screws you’re talking about”. Mind you, I sent them pictures of them, as well as asked where did they go in every email I sent them. They also informed me in one of the last emails, that the seat of the chair didn’t supposed to have support. WHAT, your butt is supposed to sink…now that was the craziest thing that I have heard. So, even though I did my research on this chair, watched a lot of reviews, I believe this chair was either defective or wasn’t proper put together. There is no way you should pay $1700 and not be comfortable. Your butt should not be sinking into it and your outer hips and legs sitting on something hard, like metal rods. And Real Relax is not relaxing at all! One other thing worth mentioning is I never really figured out how to actually find a massage program I truly enjoyed. They ALL FELT THE SAME!! With the exception of the feet, I truly enjoyed the feet massage, BUT NOT FOR $1700! Keep looking for another massage chair, Real Relax Customer Service is not worth dealing with!! ... show more

One of the Best Purchases I've Ever Made
Color: Black
Awesome chair. I've had this chair for months now and I although I originally enjoyed it, I expected some of the novelty to wear off, but I still use it almost every day and consider it to be one of the best purchases that I've ever made. I compared at least 20 different models before purchasing and was overwhelmed with the options, there were many more expensive ones to chose from and some with more options, but I finally chose one and made the purchase on Amazon because of the ability to try it with a 30-day guarantee. I wish there was more massage action on the calves, but air pillows are great, and the 6 massage pre-settings are awesome, as are the tilt, time and heat settings. It provides so much comfort and pain relief and has probably saved me more than the cost of the chair in what I would have spent in massage, chiropractic and acupuncture sessions following a stress injury to my lower back over the period of several months. And it provides an amazing feeling of care and comfort in addition to the pain relief aspect, especially on days where I am sore from working out, or just experiencing general body aches and pains, or need a very nice relaxing massage to help sleep. It has a great neck massage, and seems to have specific settings to address each area of the back with perfect pressure. And the sleep setting will leave the chair tilted in zero-G mode after the timer runs out, for a great nap. The reassurance of knowing that I have this chair available and on demand has really exceeded the purchase cost. I wish I had invested in one of these 20 years ago. The quality of this one is superior and I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

Excellent design and a quality product.

Mark Corona Calif This is my third Real Relax chair. First fixed roller, second s track, this new one, favor 6 SL track. Usually upgrade every 3 years. I used 12 month interest free financing. Delivered in 2 days, placed above my steps on my porch. The box lifts up. Easy install of the foot unit. Fantastic looking chair. Now with speakers, an lcd screen, and phone holder. The feet roller and air bags on the legs great. I pick an auto mode, usually A2. Than press heater and zero gravity. The vibration, kneading and taping is miraculous. From the neck all the way down, I mean ALL the way down. Great for my middle back and sciatica. You think you're sitting in a 5,000 dollar chair. I recommend the favor 6 with the SL track. Real Relax designs really a luxury model chair at an affordable price. My sometimes skeptical wife told me today, I really like this chair! YOU NEED THIS CHAIR! ... show more
