Awesome chair. I've had this chair for months now and I although I originally enjoyed it, I expected some of the novelty to wear off, but I still use it almost every day and consider it to be one of the best purchases that I've ever made. I compared at least 20 different models before purchasing and was overwhelmed with the options, there were many more expensive ones to chose from and some with more options, but I finally chose one and made the purchase on Amazon because of the ability to try it with a 30-day guarantee. I wish there was more massage action on the calves, but air pillows are great, and the 6 massage pre-settings are awesome, as are the tilt, time and heat settings. It provides so much comfort and pain relief and has probably saved me more than the cost of the chair in what I would have spent in massage, chiropractic and acupuncture sessions following a stress injury to my lower back over the period of several months. And it provides an amazing feeling of care and comfort in addition to the pain relief aspect, especially on days where I am sore from working out, or just experiencing general body aches and pains, or need a very nice relaxing massage to help sleep. It has a great neck massage, and seems to have specific settings to address each area of the back with perfect pressure. And the sleep setting will leave the chair tilted in zero-G mode after the timer runs out, for a great nap. The reassurance of knowing that I have this chair available and on demand has really exceeded the purchase cost. I wish I had invested in one of these 20 years ago. The quality of this one is superior and I am very happy with this purchase.

I have been searching for a good quality massage chair with the right functions and good service all in one. This chair has all the amenities that I need without going way overboard and making it too complicated to use but still very customizable to my likings. I am 6ft and 220lbs with broad shoulders and like my massages deep tissue. This chair having the full SL track allows for a full body massage and goes deep with the 5 adjustable levels for strength on the massage. My wife and two daughters are both just over 5 foot and petite and they like it lighter and this chair fits them as well. The head pillow can be removed for a deeper neck massage or moved down lower for more padding for the smaller person as more padding. The chair has a very nice look in any room of the house and the large touchscreen makes it easy to operate as well as the shortcut controls and phone app. This is very reasonably priced and I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica and using this daily has helped tremendously. Great fit, easy to use, and good customer support line as they are very attentive. I only had to contact them to activate my warranty, but they literally answered within the same hour and I asked multiple questions back and forth and they were quick to respond. Chair is very quiet and is even comfortable to sit in without being used for a massage as it has good support. The only idea I have to make it better for me is to have the back panel have lighted as I like to dim the lights when having a massage, but that is an easy fix. Best investment I have made in a long time and I have been researching these for over a year.

This message chair is a solid addition to my daily routine and has been a plesant surprise overall. The setup was pretty straightfoward and it feels well built, with materials that seem durable and comfortable. The massage functions are easy enough to use and give a relaxing experience that helps take the edge off after a long day. It does a good job targeting common tension areas like the back and shoulders without feeling overly agressive. While it is not a replacment for a professional massage, it delivers what you would expect from a home massage chair and does so consistantly. It is esppecially nice for short, regular sessions to unwind or loosen up before bed. Overall, it offers good value for the price and has become something I geniunely look forward to using.

The chair works well and reasonable priced. The chair is smaller that I expected but works well for me, im 5 9, 200 lbs. I would think 6'1 would be the max height for this chair. As others say the foot rollers are hard but thats the way I like it. Works the neck, upper back and lower body very well. The lower back is decent just would prefer more pressure. Comes put together and once out of box can be easily moved. Not noisy, for the price its pretty sturdy. Adjustments work well and the levels all are nice. My favorite is manual at the strongest level. Over all its a good chair which I will be using daily. Its not like the chairs at the gym, but its a good alternative and convenient.

Customer Service was amazing! We received our chair for Christmas, it was easy to assemble we only had to add the foot part. We started it and the controller was SO MESSED UP, it would run random programs and would pause and shut itself off. We immediately contacted customer service by email. They responded right away and asked us to send videos. We did and they sent those videos to their Tech people and informed us they were sending on to technical people. They emailed me back within a few days and said they would be sending me a new controller, it was defective. I received that new controller a few days ago and plugged it in. WAALAA it works amazing. It is a beautiful chair and I would have been sad to have to return it. The company stood behind their product and I could not be happier with the purchase. It works great, it goes well in our den and it has wonderful programs. I don't wake up with my neck or shoulder hurting as I am using it nightly now for the sleep mode. LOVE IT!!!!

*****UPDATE**** After 2+ months of unhelpful conversations with support, it's very clear they have NO INTENTION OF HONORING THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY. The chair randomly stopped turning on and they refuse to replace it. They sent over a new motherboard and instructed me how to replace the previous one. After replacing it, the chair is still not turning on and they stopped responding. One day the unit stopped working completely. It just stopped turning on and we couldn't get it working again no matter what I tried (different outlets, replacing the fuse, opening the back up and inspecting the components, etc). We spent 5-6 weeks emailing support going back and forth and it was completely unhelpful. They just take a few days to respond and they just kept asking for videos of the same thing over and over - complete waste of time and it got us nowhere. They just give you canned responses asking the same questions over and over - clearly no intention of fixing their defective units. It broke a few months after having it so we cannot send it back and really have no idea on what can be done now. Basically spent $1800 to enjoy it for 3-4 months and be SOL. If they end up sending us a new unit or sending out a technician I'll definitely update the review because it was great for a couple months. Our experience with support has been pretty bad so I might have to bite the bullet and wheel it onto the curb in the next couple of days...

This chair was a great investment because my wife no longer has to spend hundreds a month on massages and complain that they didn't do a good job or didn't give her enough time. She loves this chair because it's comfortable and it hits her back, buttocks, feet, and arms. It was easy to assemble. You just have to attach the footrest. It's small enough to get through most doors and light enough to move around easily. I'm glad it also came with foam rails to help protect our floor. There are many options and I think some of the negative comments are from users who aren't familiar with all the options. I do wish the automatic modes worked on my neck and upper back more, but I could also use manual mode to address that. Overall I think I got a lot for my money.
