As this chair was surprisingly affordable, I expected to be underwhelmed- I am not! The modern look complimented my space and the size was easy to accommodate. The zero gravity feature is well designed and space friendly. My husband is 5'8" and I am 5'3" this chair hits back shoulders and neck perfectly. I believe the chair would be fine for those 5'10-11 and under and on the average weight side. The airbags really add to the experience making the chair extra comfortable. We didnt hook the airbags up when we assembled ( which was super easy)- and thought they were defective even with that felt the chair was a crazy good value and we weren't going to worry about it- on a whim went to the chair help center and solved the issue in 5 minutes- super helpful and responsive. The chair arrives assembled - it is just a mater of plugging a few things in within the chair to make airbags and screen work. We really did cancel our chiropractor appts as we haven't needed adjusting since getting this chair. Can definitely reccommend! ... show more

This was definitely worth every penny. It gives such a wonderful and relaxing experience. I love the zero gravity feature. Only thing I wish it had is a backlight for the remote. Other than that it is perfect. High quality chair and super easy to assemble. All comes in one box so you don’t have to wait for different shipments. I got mine the day after new year. My wife and I had to move it upstairs to our bedroom so that we can use it anytime we want, it is kind of heavy but we managed, the wheels helped a lot. After installing, we tried it right away. It has some issues that I need to share. Firstly, the monitor should be illuminated because it's hard to change the setting menu, you can barely see anything. The length of the leg is adjustable but if you are taller you need to always push it so that your knee is bent 90 degrees which is impossible to do. It does not inflate enough in your calf area and shoulder. There is not enough massage on your upper back. over all, still a good product. ... show more

Honestly, not exactly what I expected, but for the price- this thing is amazing!!! Setup is a BREEZE. Was intimidated by the size, but its not bad and I didn't struggle to get it in the door which I thought was going to be an issue. Just noticed my sisters not tall enough to reach the foot roller because she's like 4'11" so take that into consideration. I think anyone above 5' 1" will reach the foot rests because you DEFINITELY dont want to miss out on the rollers ... show more

It was a risky bet: this chair had no reviews, and the price was meager. What a pleasant surprise! It works like the expensive ones!! CONS: 1) DELIVERY: horrible! The chair was left on our front porch, and we had to drag it around the house to get to the basement. 2) PANEL needs improvement. PROS: 1) EASY TO ASSEMBLE (although it was sold "assembled"). 2) Massage is incredible. Exactly like the one my old Gym had. 3) The Zero Gravity position is fantastic. SUGGESTIONS FOR PANEL IMPROVEMENT: 1) Use the already established color code to identify buttons for pressure points (red for rollers and green for "airbags"). 2) Divide the options in a more easy-to-understand manner, like my third pic above. ... show more

Got this for my mom for Mother's Day. Set up was easy, and my mom absolutely loves it! The panel is simple to use. She's like 5'2" so all the massage mechanics fit her perfectly. She fell asleep on it the first time she used it. Of course, she's not the one who set it up though. The instructions were somewhere in the middle of the manual. I didn't see it at first, but I was able to put it together without the manual. The instructions to set up Bluetooth were incorrect though. I had to look it up because it asks for a passcode that wasn't in the instructions. Other than that, my mom is happy with it, so I give it a 5-star rating. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This massage chair is made for short people. I am 5 ft 1 in and it’s only fits me. It does not work for my husband who is 5’10 or my son 5’8” or anyone taller than 5’1”. I have owned two other massage chairs. Each massage chair lasted us about 10 years. This one your feet do not extend straightforward. You either go into the 360 position or not. That’s pretty much it. There’s no padding on the back so I have to put pillows there sometimes to make it bearable. The rollers seemed to work fine it’s quiet enough. It was easy to put together in assemble which is why I will give it three stars but functionality nope don’t buy it.
