The media could not be loaded. If you're gonna invest in a massage chair, make sure it states that it has an SL-Track. If it doesn't have an SL-Track, then you probably wouldn't want it. I decided on purchasing this massage chair, because it came with a 5-month Amazon payment plan that I could afford. Also, I chose the brown color, because it meshed in well with my home furnishing. I ordered this chair on 12/10/2024 and it arrived on 12/23/2024. It took a total of 13 days from the initial order to the arrival date. The chair was shipped via CEVA and was delivered onto my driveway without any prior Email, text, phone call or Amazon notifications. I happened to be out on the road, when my Ring camera system alerted me that there was a big delivery truck parked out on the street with a delivery man standing on my driveway. I kept the camera on, while rushing back home in order to secure the package and to bring the item into the house. There are a lot of package thefts going on in my neighborhood, so I minused 1 star due to the lack of communication/notification from Amazon and the contracted delivery carrier (not the product itself). The product was well packaged and there were no evidence of any damage done to the boxing it came in. The easiest way to bring this item into my home, was to unbox it outside, then bring the chair and the foot pedestal (2 pieces) into the house. The assembly was relatively easy, as it only involved attaching the foot pedestal to the massage chair and the remote holder, which practically took me a total of 5-10 minutes and I'm a 5' 3" tall, 50+ year old woman. The massage chair looks exactly like pictured on Amazon. However, the chair remote looks different than what is pictured on Amazon, as my remote is white (not black) and the display window looks a tad bit smaller than shown on the Amazon website. Other than that, the remote works as it should and the overall quality of the chair is well made. I have used this massage chair a total of 3 times within the 1 week of having it. I found that if I flip the back padding and pillow over towards the back side of the chair, I can get the SL-Track rollers to dig deeper into my upper shoulder/neck area, which is where I always feel most knotted from sitting in front of a computer all day. The first time of use, my shoulders felt sore. The second time of use, my shoulders felt great and no more pain! Ain't gonna lie, this chair has literally knocked me TF out and I was sleeping like a baby. The remote has multiple massage options to choose from, but I personally prefer to use the manual settings than the automatic settings, in order to target specific areas of where I need to be massaged the most. This massage chair is exactly what my body has been needing, without having to break the bank and I'm completely satisfied, thus far.

These massage tools are excellent. They are very well designed, and really help to allow massage without overworking your hands, fingers, or thumbs. My wife always complains that it hurts her hands to massage for longer than a couple minutes. These tools make it such that she can easily get to a sore spot and be able to work pout the knot without wearing out her hands. They are smooth and slide easily on a shirt. Overall a great idea to make massage easier.

It satisfies my needs but I need to say its not for all, with that said, this chair is really only built for people 5'6" tall to get the neck part even with you. I had friends try it which are taller and that part did not work for them. Easy to put together, like 2 pieces. I got this based on another friends more expensive machine which seemed to do more for you than this one but this machine is not bad for the price. Speakers kinda suck for what I like which is bass tones. But the presets via the app modes which I believe are user submitted are good. The app provides much more control vs the panel they provide. Found out you can add more time to the session just by pushing the power button which I was doing via the app.

It is kind of weird they don't have suggestions about how to use the black and blue tools, only the green "thumb" one. Personally, as a professional MT, it's not ergonomic to use as "stripper" in the way it suggests because it causes my wrist to go at a weird angle so the joints aren't stacked correctly. Maybe because I have smaller hands, I can't use it for muscle stripping like that, unless I put my forefinger in the thumb part. I can use it for trigger points like the glute or calf if I grip it and use it at a more horizontal angle/motion, but the blue tool makes the most sense for trigger point and pinpointed stripping work for me. I like the black tool for massaging more too, so really I mainly use the blue and black tools but it's nice to have 3 options to see what makes sense to use for yourself. I like that the plastic is very hard and easy to disinfect, although I will probably only use this on myself and friends, and not on clients at work. I could see someone who has their own practice (or are allowed to use tools) using these though. Obviously, for those of you who just want at home massage tools, this set is also great, and inexpensive to boot. Don't overdo it and use too much force, plus you may want to slowly sink into large and tough areas of muscle and also use a slower tempo while massaging/kneading. Don't go past your pain threshold. The downside of these tools being hard plastic is that it can cause bruises and microtears in the soft tissue if you are pressing too hard and fast and/or are overusing the tool. So I like these tools but be careful using them so you don't cause yourself the bad kind of painful soreness and hurt later.

I frequently give my wife massages, and I’ve never used any tools of any sort. These ones feel really sturdy, and they seem to be good build quality and they’re actually really really effective. My wife was joking that they look like other types of tools that might end up in the nightstand, which made me laugh and I can see that, but they really are awesome tools for massage purposes, it has a very brief instruction manual on how certain ones can be used and I do wish that that was more robust and a little bit longer and more well-developed but overall they’re fairly self-explanatory so I get it. They’re lightweight durable easy to use, and seem to be a good value for the price , I would recommend these
