It is a good looking chair! I am 5’4” and it is a little tall for me! The part that is supposed to massage your neck gets me in the back of my head. It has amazing foot and calf massage and over all I’m pleased. I will add I have only used it twice so still haven’t figured it all out yet!

Just received this chair today, and I’m pretty disappointed. The controls are confusing, and the rollers don’t extend far enough to actually reach my shoulders. What’s labeled “manual mode” is still just an automated preset—you can’t truly customize the massage. I love it! I use it everyday. I am 5 ft 1 so my neck doesn’t get massaged. The heater is wonderful. I am not sure if I program it correctly or if the bells and whistles don’t work, but it is the same massage no matter what button I push.
