The product is well packed except that is still damaged (maybe from shipping) (see photo). I just want to let you know. Also, the instructions how to put things together is very confusing even with the illustrations.

Only had to attach the foot massager and air hose on it and the seat. Everything else is ready. UPS did NOT call as Amazon said they would, so I could meet them at my house. They just left it on my doorstep. Beware of UPS. I'll let you know more about the chair in a few days. It all works great right now. ... show more

When I first saw the..hooked to check out functions, no display light, no leg pedestal operation as seen in video, and no hip massage...the chair is very small for average size person such as 190 lbs or a little more..will not be comfortable...so I did not use it..sent it back...I will get a more quality chair after my refund comes back...please do all pre checks ... show more

The rollers are super intense I have yet to figure out a way to turn down the intensity on the rollers it feels very similar to a deep deep tissue massage definitely worth the price at this point hope to not have any issues in the future. ... show more
